Lore:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Flip Summoned. If this card is destroyed in Defense Position, all monsters on your side of the field are destroyed. This card can only be Special Summoned by Releasing 3 Fairy-Type monsters on your side of the field. When this card is Special Summoned, it must be Advanced Summoned in face-up Attack Position. This card cannot be switched into face-up Defense Position from face-up Attack Position. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you may switch the control of 1 monster you control with a monster on your opponent side of the field with a lower Level. The monster you gain control of loses 500 ATK. If you switch control of this card, this card is sent directly to the Graveyard. If this card is destroyed by it's own effect, you need to pay 1500 Life Points. This card cannot gain ATK. If this card is destroyed by the effect of a monster whose name starts with L, your opponent loses Life Points equal to the Level of the monster who destroyed this card x100.

Card A is a tad confusing but after reading it a couple times, you can understand it. Card B is simple yet effective. Card A has a more complex effect and better image. It also has a more creative effect. Card B's image is very overused.

I'm sorry but I'm voting for Card A. Good match though.

Second card is overpowered because of the direct attack. Also' date=' it can draw itself.

Vote goes to A, although a bit weak and situational, it had a bad opponent.

o.O Overpowered? So your saying every card that can attack Life Points directly is overpower. Plus, look at its ATK and DEF. Not overpowered. Also, it cannot draw its-self. It has to be destroyed so take 1 FIRE monster from your Deck and add it to your hand.

Luna wins because people dont know anything about rating.
