It has plenty of Toons, including Toon Goblin Attack Force, Gemini Elf, Cannon Soldier, and Masked Sorcerer. Run 3 Toon GAF and 3 Toon Gemini Elves. They can exist outside of Toon World and are WAY better than Mermaid. Run Mausoleum for Blue-Eyes Toon Dragons. Skill Drain could help keep the Toons in play if your opponent destroys Toon World.
