I don't know many people who like to play DDR. Honestly, I'm in it only for the fun of an arcade game. The regular home DDR video games just suck...

I can actually play Challenge. Me and my friend Roxy play it all the time! Literally, we play it everyday. We go to a little place in town and we play DDR until our parents call us on our cellphones, wondering where we are.

I was actually wants to try Heavy until the time I cannot play them again. So I just find the one in the computer (In The Groove, DDR made by Americas) and play them with hands. Everyone now thinks I play that online dancing game xD

Only like two of my friends are good at this game. One is simply sick. He can do the mode where the arrows disappear by the time they hit the top. He also does like spins and other stuff. It's so cool to watch.

 

I myself have never played because I'd epic fail.

Anyways, yeah I'm a huge Rhythm game nerd, so I am probably good at any game you send at me which is hilariously pathetic xD.

 

(except for pop n' music never played it yet :[...Stupid arcade being so far, and not having it.)

(actually now that I think about it, I'm not very good at OSU. But give me some time :D)

heh DDR is great, I use to play it on the heavy difficulty. but then University called and had to stop. I tried playing again and i can pass the light setting X_X.

 

this is what happend when you are so hook up to the game and the just stop, CURSE YO UNIVERSITY!! CURSE YOU.

 

but i must admit that its a great work out playing DDR, now the problem is to be watching out from the rebound for all the weight someone looses.

It's never too late. I'm always on and off, and if anything you can do other rhythm simulators. Some even akin to DDR like stepmania or flashflashrevolution(the former being better IMO)

but i do go sometimes to the arcade and play some DDR there. I once helped the owner of the establishment to promote DDR since no one was playing it ( because of fear or shame lol), my reward was one of the prices of the machines i can select or Coins to play for free =). heh good times.

also agreed, having even 1 friend playing DDR with you a blast and hilarious fun. Except for the fact he knows the song you hate the most and chooses it every single time. (no I don't want to play CHAOS by DE-SIRE. Screw you, stop choosing 3 times in a row)

 

Anyways, what is your guys favorite song on DDR? (or any dancing game. ITG, PIU, etc..)

 

Mine would be Tsugaru (apple mix) or any Tsugaru song/mix in the game.
