Imagine the passage of time as a straight line, going from zero into the infinity in a set direction. Everything that will happen has already been predicted, and the world changes accordingly. There is very little an individual being can do to alter the course of time.

As a matter of fact, it has only happened once.

 

When the great evil known as BelialVamdemon perished, in it's final moments of life it released a great matter of energy into both the Digital World and our world, clearing the corruption it had once caused. Everything was thought safe, and life went on.

 

Oh, how mistaken we were.

Note: As I have only seen Digimon Adventure 01&02 and two of the movies, I will base this fic on that. In addition, I watched them several years ago, which means some facts probably won't be right. Sue me. ~.~

 

Arc 1: Castaway

 

Prologue: Holes

 

The humanoid figure stood beside the clear pond, the dark colors of his clothing a sharp contrast against the snow-covered lands. He heard something shuffle around in the bush ahead, and decided not to care. Most of the Digimon around here were only Rookie or Champion-level, nothing he couldn't take on without concern. The danger of one of them sneaking up on him was nonexistent. In a puff of smoke, his servant materialized on his shoulder. Appearance-wise, the Digimon was laughable: bat-like, but with a round orb instead of a bat's graceful shape.

“Anything interesting, PicoDevimon?”

The servant shook his head, as best he could.

“No lord, barely anything. The portal isn't meant to be opened in days, and I have arranged for a Devimon to be deployed on the island.”

The master nodded. The Devimon were the finest species in his collection of servants, and even his own Champion stage. Devimon is the soil from which all darkness grows. I am the finest of his products. Still, something bothered him.

“Before you leave, PicoDevimon... you said 'barely anything'. Is there anything I should know?”

Bingo. The master could see he had hit a weak spot. PicoDevimon was a reliable servant, to the point where it couldn't hide anything from it's master. There was something his servant was hesitant to tell him... didn't want him to know.

“Well... my lord... something appeared. And we don't know what it is.”

The master gasped.

“An anomaly?” He couldn't afford any interference with the plan at this point, not when they were so close. With a glance, he checked the pond... it was still stable. It wouldn't need his support for many hours to come.

“Take me to it, PicoDevimon, or you will be no more.”

One by one, the dark obelisks rose from the ground. The spires would establish his control over the Digital World once and for all. The Dark Rings he had successfully forged months earlier was nothing compared to this... hundreds of Digimon under his control, with a single giant structure. He had restrained them in ways thought unimaginable... he had stopped their evolution. Of course, his own Digimon were immune to the spires' influence, and easily maintained.

“Hail the Kaiser!”

He turned to face the newcomer, and smiled. It was his most prized servant, a phoenix-like Digimon whose size had been greatly decreased by the Dark Ring - a Garudamon. It was the stuff of legends, a Digimon previously only seen with the Chosen... and now it was his.

“At ease, Garudamon. What is your report?”

Garudamon cleared his throat.

“We have witnessed an increased amount of renegade Digimon in the C-districts, and also... cases of missing Spires.”

The Kaiser gasped. This wasn't something he'd expected.

“Missing... spires? What do you mean, Garudamon?”

Garudamon nodded.

“With all respect, lord Kaiser, but I mean exactly what I say. Spires all over the C and D districts have vanished, turned into nothing.”

The Kaiser slammed his fist into a nearby pillar, leaving a visible dent.

“Damn it! Damn it all! Find out what's wrong, and make it right! Bring as many as you need! That's an order, Garudamon!”

Spiral Mountain... a magnificent construction. Containing the essence of the Digital World itself, the mountain was more than just a formation of sand and stone - it was the Digital World. Atop it, somewhere in the vast wastelands near the peak, stood a magnificent stone fortress that towered even higher. This was the Peak of Oblivion, home to the Dark Masters and their leader, the jester Piemon. Within the meeting halls, the very same Piemon had charged up the communication orbs. The matter that had appeared was urgent, and the Dark Masters had answered his summons within minutes. The bright blue orb was larger than Piemon, and now held the faces of this three associates: MetalSeadramon, Mugendramon and Pinocchimon.

“Are you sure, Piemon?” Pinocchimon was the one that had took his news the hardest, seeing as it concerned the forest more than any other section of Spiral Mountain. “We haven't heard anything from Vamdemon about this, and you'd think he would know.”

Piemon sighed and pressed a circular sign on the orb.

“You know that Vamdemon is dealing with the Chosen as we speak. He probably hasn't noticed yet. We're fully capable of taking care of this ourselves, and we should have noticed it earlier.”

The communication orb flashed in bright red, and Mugendramon's face zoomed in on Piemon.

“What is this about, then? I didn't get the whole message.”

Piemon sighed, and counted to ten mentally. Despite his high-tech appearance, Mugendramon was by far the dumbest of the four.

“Gentlemen. Soon, time as we know it... will come to an end.”

Name: Hjalmer Reindik Heimdahl

 

Age: 18

 

Gender: Male

 

Personality: Hjalmer is a quite jolly person, as he usually makes jokes about even the most serious of situations, but does realise when he is in danger. But for most of the time, almost nothing phases him, and he is always seen with a wide, cheerful smile on his lips. He is also quite faithful in the Norse Mythology, by using phrases such as "By Odin!" or "By thee might of Thor!" when shocked or when charging into battle.

 

Appearance: For being a young man, he is quite muscular and tall, standing on at least 1.94 meters tall and with a total weight of 93 kilograms with his clothes and armor on. His skin color is white, and his long yellow/red hair hangs in a long ponytail over his back down to his mid-section. His eyes are sparkling brown, and his clothing is normally a black sleeveless shirt, a pair of brown pants and brown shoes. He also wears armor pads on his underarms and over his legs, which are made of steel with a hint of silver.

 

Biography: Hjalmer was raised in Sweden, learning to survive its harsh winters since when he was a mere child. At the age of 14, he witnessed something he had never seen in his life; a huge gatherings of Aurora Borealises were litting up the sky like it was on fire, and he had feared that Ragnarok was upon them, but as another day grew for him, he let go of his fears, hoping it was a mere mystery of nature.

 

As he now is eighteen years old, he fears that yet another of these "mystical" events may happen again, and he is willing to put all his efforts into saving the world from its danger, no matter what. He wears his great grandfather's armor in all cases, not only to defend himself, but to honor the memory of his legacy, as he wanders off to find out what had caused the massive eruptions of the Aurora Borealis four years ago...

Name: Berlioz Stratos

Age:13

Gender: Male

Personality: A silent and calm individual he always appears brooding but really is just thinking and planning ahead. A serious and to the point person he never has a problem with interacting with others but prefers to listen to himself than others.

Appearance: Berlioz has short, black, spiky hair and black cold and emotionless eyes. A pair of black nike's with a white stripe going up towards the tongue. He wears khaki shorts which carrying his cell phone. He has on a black T-Shirt with the logo of his father's company. He rarely has a smile on but does have a sense of humor.

Biography: Berlioz is the son of a cooperate giant, the owner of the biggest private airplane developer. As a boy he was around anything that flew so much so that he is natural in the cockpit and can fly almost anything with wings. Still to young for a pilot's license he spends his time on the computer, designing, and getting by on school work. He has few friends because not many share his interest of flying, he tries to act different around other kids but refuses to hide who he is.

Preferred Digimon: (If I just put rookie you wouldn't understand purpose due to different evo lines) Falcomon>Diatrymon>Crowmon>Valdurmon

 

You can edit this to fit but basic structure should stay, imo. There really is no "plane" digimon I'm still looking for a better one. I can make more if you need it, seems interesting.

I changed my digimon. I found a better line' date=' I listed the whole line because Falcomon has 2-3 digivolution lines and this would be best for the character. Thankies! =']

Character Name: Kusaka Kayu

 

Age: 16

 

Gender: Male

 

Personality: Kusaka is very much interested in books and studying. He usually does not play sports so people find the need to make fun of him. Although when he does play sports he is actually quite good at them. Kusaka usually always needs a strategy even if they are just playing a small game such as basketball. Kusaka is so smart that he is 16 and is in his Senior year of high school. Kusaka usually isn't very social as he feels awkward around most people, Although those who know him well enough can say that he is very friendly. He usually doesn't laugh much because he brings logic into account on mostly everything.

 

Appearance: Kusaka is fairly white in skin color, so pale some people say he looks like a ghost. He has long black "Skater" hair which he usually keeps back. He usually wears button up dress shirts along with dark jeans. He usually has his phone case on the side of his waist. He wears black and white High top shoes.

 

Biography: Kusaka is an only child who's parents usually have to work all day. Ever since he was little he began to read books when his parents weren't home instead of playing games like most kids would do. This eventually lead him to become a very smart child. By the age of Eleven he had won the national spelling bee and become sort of a child prodigy.

 

Kusaka has always been sad to be an only child so when he was 14 he got a pet German Shepard which he named Kaiser. He usually walks to the park with his dog to read books.
