I have made 6 card so far...

 

Machine Factory

Spell

Field Spell

Effect:All Machine-Type monster(s) in your side field gain following effect depending it's level:

4 or lower: When this monster is destroyed, Special Summon 1 monster with same name as destroyed monster in Face-up Attack Position.

5-6: When This card destroyed monster as result of battle, add 1 Equip Spell from your deck to your hand. Deck is then shuffled.

7 or higher: When this monster is destroyed as result of battle, Special Summon 2 or more monsters whose total level is equal or lower than destroyed monster's.

 

Dragon Valley

Spell

Field Spell

Effect:All Dragon-Type monster(s) in your side field gain following effect depending it's level:

4 or lower: Gain 200 ATK & DEF for each Dragon-type monster on your side field.

5-6: When this card attacka with ATK that is higher than DEF of your opponent's Defense Position monster, inflict difference as Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points.

7 or higher: When this monster attacks, it gain additional ATK during damage calculation only, equal to half the ATK of the attack target.

 

Light Village

Spell

Field Spell

Effect: All Fairy-Type monster(s) in your side field gain following effect depending it's level:

4 or lower: This monster gain 100 ATK and DEF for each Spell and Trap cards into field.

5-6: When this card is destroyed except by result of battle, Special summon 1 level 4 or lower Fairy-Type monster from your deck to field.

7 or higher: This card gain 100 ATK and DEF for each Spell card in both player's Graveyard.

 

Dark Sanctuary

Effect: All Fiend-Type monster(s) in your side field gain following effect depending it's level:

4 or lower: When this card destroy your opponent's monster in battle, your opponent send 1 card in his/her hand to Graveyard.

5-6: When your opponent activated Spell or Trap card, this monster gain 500 More ATK until to end of turn.

7 or higher: This monster cannot be destroyed by card's effect.

 

Temple Of Skulls

Effect: All Zombie-Type monster(s) in your side field gain following effect depending it's level:

4 or lower: When this card is destroyed and send to Graveyard, pay 500 Life Points tos Special Summon 1 Monster from your deck which level is lower than destroyed monster's (if destroyed monster is level 1, Special summon level 1).

5-6: This monster gain 200 ATK for each Monster card into Graveyard.

7 or higher: When this card destroy your opponent's monster in battle, put 1 ''Reborn Counter'' on it(max. 2). If this monster would be destroyed by card's effect, you can remove 1 ''Reborn Counter'' from this card instead.

 

Ground Of Spirits

Field Spell

Effect: All Spellcaster-Type monster(s) in your side field gain following effect depending it's level:

4 or lower: When this card destroy your opponent's monster in battle, your opponent send 1 card in his/her deck to Graveyard.

5-6: When you or your opponent activated Spell card, this monster gain 700 More ATK until to end of turn.

7 or higher: Once per turn, you can equip 1 Equip Spell card from your graveyard to this monster.

You OCG is atrocious. I`ll fix it:

This card needs watering down badly. The second effect needs a cost, and the first and las effect need to specify where they SS from. Then, change the last one to 2, not 2 or more.

All Dragon-Type monsters you control gain one of the following effects based on that monster`s Level:

4 or lower: This card gains 200 ATK and DEF for each Dragon-type monster you control.

5-6: During battle between this card and a Defence Position Monster whose DEF is less than this card`s ATK, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent.

7 or higher: When this monster attacks, it gains ATK equal to half the ATK of the attack target during damage calculation only.

 

These effects are fine.

 

Light Village

Effect: All Fairy-Type monsters you control gain one of the following effects based on that monster`s level:

4 or lower: This card gains 100 ATK and DEF for each Spell and Trap card on the field.

5-6: When this card is destroyed, except by battle, Special summon 1 level 4 or lower Fairy-Type monster from your deck.

7 or higher: This card gain 100 ATK and DEF for each Spell card in both player's Graveyards.

 

The last effect is too much, and the second needs a cost.

 

Dark Sanctuary

Effect: All Fiend-Type monsters you control gain one of the following effect based on that monster`s level:

4 or lower: When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle, your opponent send 1 card in his/her hand to Graveyard.

5-6: If your opponent activates Spell or Trap card, this monster gain 500 ATK until the end of that turn.

7 or higher: This card cannot be destroyed by card effects.

 

That last effect is too much.

 

Temple Of Skulls

Effect: All Zombie-Type monsters you control gain one of the following effects based on that monster`s level:

4 or lower: When this card is destroyed and sent to Graveyard, pay 500 Life Points and Special Summon 1 Monster from your deck with a lower level. If this card was Level 1 when it was destroyed, Special Summon 1 Level 1 monster instead.

5-6: This card gains 200 ATK for each Monster card in your Graveyard.

7 or higher: When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle, put 1 ''Reborn Counter'' on it (max. 2). If this monster would be destroyed by a card effect, you can remove 1 ''Reborn Counter'' from this card instead.

 

That second effect needs to be to a maximum bonus.

7 or higher: Once per turn, you can equip 1 Equip Spell card from your Graveyard to this monster.

 

Make the second effect once per turn.

 

What your like?

None of them. They`re all carbon copies with slightly different text. Stop making every F**KING card effect based on level and pick a single effect.
