Bio - Little is known about this legendary trainer, except that, prior to joining Team Elemental, he was a renowned battler, having risen through the ranks to challenge the Champion Cynthia an unprecedented five times. (and losing each time) However, on his way to a sixth encounter with the Champion, Fushigi was ganged up on by several Bikers along Cycling Road with malicious intentions. After losing, the Bikers used brute force to take Fushigi's closest companion, Jolteon, who had been with him ever since his Kanto journeys. Fushigi chased after them, but the Bikers sent out Poison Pokemon. Fushigi himself was no match for the Pokemon, and the encounter left his face scarred by toxins. Fushigi was filled with rage and sorrow, and immediately swore revenge on the lowlifes that crowded the Pokemon universe. Driven by hatred and sorrow by Jolteons loss, Fushigi saw no more fun in battling and retreated to the dark caves of the Seafoam Islands. Now, 10 years later, Fushigi returns as a elite member of Team Elemental...driven by that same hate. He deals with his opponents silently and efficiently, through battling. He has not lost any of his old skill.

Background: An orphan who's parents were killed in a car crash. He was raised abusivly and sweared revenge on everyone in the orphanage. His only friends were his pokemon, An absol and an eevee. At sixteen years old he had 5 very strong pokemon and burned down the orphanage and killed everyone in it. It was a very remote orphanage so noone noticed it's dissapearence. 2 years later he became the gym leader of Dextep city/Eucrateak city and it speciallised in dark type's while he was gym leader. A year later and he got bored and became the leader of team rocket in place of giovanni who was fatally ill. When team elemental came to be he was appointed one of the highest Admins because of team rockets sudden sucess after he became boss. He is now the most wanted criminal in the world.
