Synchro Spellcaster Contest

I'm holding a card contest. Here's the rules and victories;

 

1. In this contest, the contestants will each build 1 Synchro Spellcaster type Monster named "Enchantress of the Blue Moon."

2. You can type down and place any effects/description and pictures you like. There are no limits to them. But no appropriate words please. And no arguing about anything.

3. Everyone who enters, please state your names on your first post. And then place your card down on a reply afterwards. (No Double Posting.)

4. This contest will end on 12/20. Everyone who enters must place a card down on this topic before that day comes to pass, or else it won't count.

5. Anyone can enter, there are no limits. And the top 3 people with the best card will be the winners.

1 Spellcaster-Type Tuner + 1 or more Non-Tuner monsters

When this card is Synchro Summoned, place Spell Counters (max 6) on this card, equal to the amount of card(s) in your hand. Once per turn, by discarding 1 Monster Card, you can Special Summon 1 monster from your opponent's Graveyard, with a Level equal to, or less then the amount of Spell Counters on this card. A monster Summoned by this effect is treated as a Spellcaster-Type. During your Draw Phase if the drawn card is a Spellcaster-Type monster you can discard it to activate 1 Spell Card from you or your Graveyard, then place 1 Spell Counter on this card. This card cannot declare an attack, unless you control more Spell or Trap Cards then your opponent. When this card destroys a monster by battle, draw 1 card.

When this card is Synchro summoned, you may pay 1000 life points to gain control of an opponents monster. You may cancel this effect at any time. For every turn that monster stays under your control, you take 500 damage. When the selected monster is destroyed, deal damage equal to that monsters atk to your opponents life points.

Once per turn, during your Standby Phase, you can remove 1 monster from your Graveyard from play to inflict 100 Damage to your opponent for each of your removed from play cards. If this card is destroyed by a card effect and sent to the Graveyard, you can Tribute 2 monsters you control to Special Summon this card.

When this card is Synchro Summoned successfully, you can remove from play 1 Spellcaster-Type monster from your Graveyard and put Spell Counters on this card x the Level of the removed monster (max. 6). Increase the ATK of this card by 100 x each Spell Counter on it. Once per turn, you can remove 2 Spell Counters from this card to destroy 1 monster on the field. Only once, you can remove 6 Spell Counters from this card to return 1 Spell Card from your Graveyard to your hand. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can remove it from play to put 1 Spell Counter on all face-up monsters you can place a Spell Counter on.

Effect:

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters.

When this card is Synchro Summoned, destroy 1 monster on your opponents side of the field with a Level equal to or lower than the amount of monsters you control (except this card.) If you use this effect you cannot attack during your next turn.

1 Spellcaster-Type Tuner monster + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Synchro Summon. When this card is Synchro Summoned successfully, you can return up to 5 cards on the field to their owner's Decks. This card gains 200 ATK for each card that is returned to your Deck. When this card battles an opponent's monster, place a Blue Moon counter on the opponent's monster after Damage Calculation. Monsters with a Blue Moon counter lose 400 ATK for each counter on them.
