EV's are extra points that can add onto a stat, to get 1 extra point to a stat you must gain 4 EV's for that stat, like Heart Containers from LoZ, for example, a pokemon gives out 1 EV for attack, you would have to beat that species 4 times to gain 1 extra point in the attack stat. 512 total EV's spread out among the 6 main stats. All 6 are affected by EV's, but only a max of 255 can be put onto a single stat, but usally it's 252, otherwise you waste a few EV's.

 

the most Common Spread is, 252 in an attacking stat, 252 in Speed, and 4 in defensive stat. thus not wasting a single EV.

This card cannot be used as a Synchro Material Monster, except for the Synchro Summon of a Warrior-Type Synchro Monster. When this card is sent to the Graveyard for a Synchro Summon, you can remove this card from play to Special Summon 1 "Blue Flame Swordsman" from your hand or Deck.

Golden Flame Swordsman

8/FIRE/Warrior/Synchro/Effect/3000/2000

"Green Flame Swordsman" + 1 or more non-Tuner Warrior-Type monsters

When this card is Special Summoned, increase the ATK of all Warrior-Type Monsters on your side of the field by 1000. This card's name is treated as "Flame Swordsman" while it is on the field or in the Graveyard.

 

 

It's supposed to be able to resolve after Green Flame summons Blue Flame. I'll also make some field-based support, I guess.
