little side note I've moved up to hacking Diamond,(i can only do minor stuff atm like changing attack strength, movesets, starters, gym leader's pokemon, e4's pokemon) I could use some beta testers if someone has the free time, and that's why the moveset thingy I started is (the Milk Drink is going to be an Egg move, and EVERY pokemon can drink MooMoo Milk and not die)

The tools only allow minor things ATM, such as editing what pokemon the gym leaders/rival/E4 have, the starters, stats of the attacks, Pokemon evolution methods (like making Porygon level up) map editors are still in the making, a text editor does exist but it's also still in the making(and thus can't be obtained yet).

I'll actually PM the links to you, as I'm not sure how persay 'legal' to provide such programs would be.

of course, I missed that post, I must be blind, though fair warning, atm, no aesthetic changes, just what pokemon are where, trainers, and gym leaders/e4. the tools are still raw, and thus not all are developed yet. and of course my personal favorite (TM's will be different, and certain moves will have different Power levels/effects)

PPP

what is an ideal list of TMs?

Ice Beam, Blizzard, THunderBolt, Thunder, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Dig, Earthquake, Psychic, Shadow Ball, and Brick Break probally wont change (psychic on back has been the same since gen 1 iirc)

and TM 50 will be Flare Blitz yall.

I want Dark Void to become a TM...

Gengar would be so much fun...

I played against my friend once with pokemon (he has the skills for it but trouble with EV training.) So to make things fair, I can't use Uber/Legendary Pokemon, but he can. He also one day decided to use a Sableye with Wonder Guard and had Dark Void.

I won because I stalled with my Crobats Toxic. And another time later, I stalled with my Tyranitars Sand Stream xD.

And I've always gotten him with my Garchomp that doesn't even have perfect IVs. The only pokemon that I have with a full stat is Tyranitar with 403 ATK stat.

Fire Fang goes through Wonder Guard, no matter who has it. It's just how the game is programmed.

So that would also beat said Sableye.
