The PKMN TCG Rare candy is more broken than that - it allows you to pull off ridiculous moves like skipping from Machop to Machamp (even on the same turn you played the Machop), so yeah... You wouldn't even need the middle form.

Machoke is irrelevant with Candy, you can just skip him.

 

It is broken with Machamp having an effect that could easily win turn 1 (which is why it stormed the PKMN meta for a while after its release). (nearly everything else useful with this wins on turn 2)

 

Anyways, it would DEFINITELY require more restirictions.

However, this isn't Pokemon TCG. It's Yugioh. Increasing the Level on the Yugioh PKM card would only give it a step closer to evolving, or it may evolve right then and there, but, even so, it will only be a little bigger in ATK and effect.

 

So it's not that bad. Maybe in PKM, but this is yugioh.

Needz a limit. Cuz that + Greed Quazar + sparks is an OTK xD

 

Levels can't go past 12. It would only get up to 3600.

Yeah. I was just going to come back and edit it since I looked it up afterwards. It's not in the rulings. It part of the trivia. >_>

 

But you would still take more damage Leveling it up than the opponent would.

Guys, we can only make offical 'Purple' cards, if we have a good LV.X concept going.

 

It cant be anything like: "You can pay [blah] to increase [blah] by [blah]", it has to be an interesting game mechanic that is remniscent of LV.X evoloutions.

 

......We could just make it, where to evolve something into a LV.X, it would use your normal summon for the turn. Since it would be similar to the gemini concept, but also allow for more interesting spell/trap support. And then we could also say, you cant evolve something the turn you Summon it. That way, we can also word our spell/traps to work around that.

 

How about that?
