Two years have passed since the defeat of Rex Godwin. The World Riding Grand Prix has recently come to an end, with the renegade Sherry Leblanc's team emerging as winners after a long drawn-out three-on-three duel with the top-seeded Signer team. With it, the newly appointed Directors - Placido, Luciano, and José, of the Public Security Maintenance Bureau have seemingly vanished. But when one evil falls, it makes way for another.

 

Under the former Vice-Director Jeager, the Bureau has been reformed. Finally released from Yliaster's clutches, Jeager has taken the city into a new golden age. Just when everything seems perfect, all of a sudden people disappear. All around the city, without a trace. Sector Security are stuck in the same place, none of their investigations lead anywhere. You, as a representative of the people, have decided to take matters in your own hands.
