Since the dawn of human kind, when our ancestors first discovered the killing power of rock and bone, blood has been spilled in the name of everything. From God, to justice, to simple psychotic rage.

 

In the year 2077, after millenia of armed conflict, the destructive nature of man could sustain itself no longer. The world was plunged into an abyss of nuclear fire and radiation.

 

But it was not, as some had predicted, the end of the world. Instead, the apocalypse was just the prologue to another bloody chapter of human history. For man had succeeded destroying the world.

 

But war...

Welcome to Vault 13, a subterranean installation constructed before the Great War of 2077. After the bombs began their fatal drop onto the surface of the world, the doors of Vault 13 closed and isolated itself from the outside world. Intending to stay that way for a period of 200 years this Vault protected it's residents from the horrors of the nuclear radiation. Under the benevolent gaze of the Overseer, the Vault's safety was indisputable.

 

But in the year 2161, this safety would not last forever.[/align]

 

[spoiler=Pretty Damn Confusing Info]This an adaption of the classic RPG Fallout by Interplay Entertainment. Instead of only one Player Character, there will be a Party involving a maximum of four characters. (I might allow more later on to join the Party if it goes well) This will, of course, have a story line similar to the game. But due to the fact that I want to keep this rather sandbox; sub-plots, developing character relationships with NPCs (later on I'll probably allow you to control more than one character), etc. I'll disallow something if it gets out of hand and subtracts from the overall fun of the game, though.

 

Secondly, since there is a Four Character max upon completion, I'll be very strict about accepting. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Personality: A very clumsy, happy, smiley guy. In the heat of battle, he becomes a whole different person. He has nicknamed his alternate personality, "Fang", for it's brutality and cruelty. "Fang" is obnoxious, crude, slightly perverted, and 100% evil. He often refers to his true self as "Tenshi" for Angel, referring to his nice, forgiving personality.

Appearance: Long red hair, reaching down to barely below his shoulders. His eyes are multicolored: the right being yellow; and the left blue. He has two scars on his face, each pointing straight down and across his eyes. He usually wears a long sleeved shirt, with the word "Nightmare" on the back. He always wears black pants, and black shoes. He is exceedingly muscular, and fit. Often he can be seen wearing a worn, and torn light brown fedora.

@Chant... ehhhh, the Appearance part pretty much deters me. =/ The hair part is more anime-esque than I would like and I'm okay with the different coloured eye thing, but the latter part doesn't make sense for someone who was raised in a Vault. You can gain mutation Perks and such as the game goes on, but at the moment I don't see how it can work out. Also, the Personality could use some more work, too. Just change up the Appearance and work more onto the Personality you'll be accepted. ^_^

Personality: Selene is addicted to Psycho, a drug with grants you better reaction etc... A normal human is able to see 24 pictures per second, Selene with Psycho is able to see about 70 pictures, wich mean, for her the world is moving with a quarter of its normal time.

If she didnt got her drug for a while, she gets ill and angry

Once Selene was a pretty young woman, but Psycho changed her. Now she´s looking ill, pale and thin. Still she is quite beautifull, but nothing comparing to the old times.

She got a white hair dye and blue eyes wich dont really fit to her dye. She´s about 1.82 m and weigths 59 kg.

Appearance: A black coat with 2 pockets which he uses to carry his gun and other equipment he has blackish blue jeans with only 2 pockets, a black belt with gold colored notches, a solid gold watch, contacts, and brown eyes. he is about 6 foot 1 inch tall weighing about 195 lbs.

Elaborate more on the overall description of the character. Not just the clothes he's wearing; I want to know more about what he looks like. Just some more description in appearance and maybe explain more about the personality and you'll be fine. [/size]

Personality: Ken is usually kind to those he is with and when confronted easily avoids fighting by simply dodging while his opponent wears out, however if the opponent is at similar speed or has a weapon Kens attitude in battle changes, he becomes serious focusing on breaking down the ability to move of the opponent and then Ending them, he rarely fights if he can help it.

Appearance: Ken is usually wearing a Black cloak, The black cloak has a Runic pattern made on it in a slightly lighter shade this pattern has not yet been deciphered and has been repeated over the cloak multiple times, over a White and Gold Jacket, the Jacket is almost all white with the buttons and tips of its 2 Pockets Gold, He wears White Pants with Gold Lines down either side these pants have two pockets each the same style as the two on his shirt, he usually wears two Golden Dog Tags each reading a Different name the first reading his name Ken Takawa the other reading Lt. Johnson, his hair is in a short ponytail, blond, his eyes are a light blue but he usually wears black sunglasses his skin is a hell white pale color and he is about 5 foot 11 Inches.
