1. Why would you revive a dead concept?

2. Why would you place incorrect effects on cards that used to be cool?

The cards roughly outline to this:

Obelisk the Tormentor

ATK/4000 DEF/4000; Divine

Divine-Beast

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by tributing 3 monsters. Once per Duel, you may tribute 2 monsters on your side of the field to inflict 4000 damage to your opponent. This monster cannot attack in the turn you use this effect. If the 2 monsters you tributed were "The Winged Dragon of Ra" and "Slifer the Sky Dragon," then instead, this card gains Infinite ATK and can attack this turn. This card is unaffected by the effects of spell, trap, or monster cards.

Slifer the Sky Dragon

ATK/X000 DEF/X000; Divine

Divine-Beast

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by tributing 3 monsters. This monster's ATK and DEF are X000, where X is equal to the number of cards you have in your hand at any time. When an opponent's monster is Normal Summoned, that monster loses 2000 ATK. If that monster's ATK goes to 0 because of this card's effect, destroy that monster. When an opponent's monster is Set, you may flip it(Flip Effects do apply.). That monster loses 2000 DEF. If that monster's DEF goes to 0 because of this card's effect, destroy that monster. This card is unaffected by the effects of Spell, Trap, or Monster cards.

The Winged Dragon of Ra

ATK/???? DEF/????; Divine

Divine-Beast

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by tributing 3 monsters, or, if summoned that way the first time, this card can be Special Summoned from the Graveyard, but in that case, comes into play with 0 ATK and is destroyed during the End Phase of the turn it was Special Summoned. This card's ATK and DEF are equal to the combined total of the 3 monsters used to tribute summon it. Once per turn, you may tribute 1 monster on your side of the field to increase the ATK of this card by that monster's ATK. You may also pay any amount of Life Points to increase the ATK of this card by that amount. This card is unaffected by the effects of Spell, Trap, and Monster effects.
