Strategy:

When this card is sucsesfully Summoned place 1 Ninjutsu Counter on this card. Each time your opponent draws a monster card they must state they have and the cards level, each time 1 monster card with 1900 or more ATK points is Summoned place 1 Ninjutsu Counter on this card. Once per turn you can remove up to 4 Ninjutsu Counters from this card in order to select 1 level 5 or below monster your opponent controls, the selected monster can't attack for 2 of their Battle Phases.
