CrabHelmet
Three stars is' date=' what, a hundred posts? Anyone with the intelligence and patience needed to run a successful contest can surely reach that mark in no time at all.[/quote'] Not everyone wants to post 100 times on a Yugioh forum when they just want to make Cards and hold contests. This logic fails. If they wish to hold a contest, then they obviously have some interest not only in posting their own cards but also in evaluating the cards of others. and there are a lot of cards of others that can be commented on. To me, dropping the restriction from three stars to two seems most sensible. I really don't care either way, though, since I tend to ignore the Contests section on the grounds that too many people have some absurd obsession with OCG. Brushfire
Look at this! You can't judge every new member on one idiot's actions, though.
Dark Mousy
No. Absolutely no. Custom Cards as it is, is pretty much a spam hole. You want to put even MORE newbies into the thing? Sure there are some good newbies, but a vast majority of them are not. If this continues, no good members would want to make cards anymore. The limit should actually be raised, not lowered. I think there should even be a limit like this to Realistic Cards. All newbies should post in All Other Cards instead.
Brushfire
^ Prejudiced jabroni, using stereotypes to decide your wording... you're an idiot. Even Icyblue and Browarod were newbies once, and I knew them then, too.

Even Icyblue and Browarod were newbies once, and I knew them then, too.[/quote'] Well... let's see. I was a newbie once too. Could have said something nicer. But that's beside the point. Elite means absolutely nothing now, can someone give me a reason? Is there a particular reason that Icyblue and Browarod don't make cards anymore, if so, please tell me. Zauls
I support. YCM are being prejudice against new members. I think though if we do this, a lot of noobs will judge badly and people will complain There needs to be a way round this.
Ghost Ryder
I know a 2 star member who's an absolute amazing card maker and the person has good grammar, I reckon the person would host good contests. I support.
Läufer
Agree and support.Even though they just came to YCM like a few months ago, it is kinda unfair not to let them make their own contests. Besides, not all incoming members are newbs.
