During the 17th Century the Area within the Town, of Oak Bay, was used as a burial ground by Native Americans, and they considered it a Holy Place, until the European Explorers had to ruin that, and claim the land as a New Settlement, which they Named "Oakville", because of the Oak Trees that almost fully surrounded it. Families began to move in Oakville, until 1762, when a Pandemic hit the little Town, killing almost all of its inhabitants. As a result of that Pandemic, no one went near the place that was once "Oakville", that was until 1804, when a Man named Jonathan Baxter came to the land with his Family, and created a New Town, Oak Bay, because of the Oak Forest that surrounded it, and the Groggin Bay that rested to its North.

 

The Town lived in Peace for many Years, until 1962, when it was found that a very inexpensive, addictive, drug that had similar properties to Marijuana, could be made using a plant found near Groggin Bay, nicknamed "John Matters". The Drug was named, by officials, Antopoth (On Toe Poth). Antopoth, for all practical purposes, took over the Town, many of its inhabitants became addicted. Because of the cheap price of Antopoth, and the fact that it was legal, many people came to Oak Bay to buy the Drug they called "Mr. Jack".

 

Oak Bay's rush of Tourists earned it a large amount of Money, and many of people who bought "Mr. Jack" kept coming back to buy more. Eventually, Oak Bay earned the Nickname "Mr. Jack's Town". The Town officials made no move to relieve the Town of its Drug problem. Then, in 1974, a Pandemic similar to the one that hit the Earlier incarnation of the Town, spread within the Town, killing off its Citizens and Tourists.

 

The current year is 1994, and it has been 20 years since the end of Oak Bay's "life", the town is now eternally covered with Mist, and the Scent of burning Mr. Jack. You have entered the Town, for whatever reason, and found what happened to this small Town, the evil that lurks in it's Shadows, and you must group with the other Sad souls who are trapped in the Town to escape, and ultimately, Survive.

[/align] [align=left][spoiler=Explanation of "Monsters" ]In the Town there are "Monsters", and many of the Monsters can only be seen by certain characters. I have already made up a few Monsters, and with every character you make, you must also make a Monster.

 

More Monsters will be made as the Roleplay Progresses, or when I feel like it, or if you want to create more Monsters for me, feel free (Not talking about your characters Personal Monster.)

 

(Yes they are all mostly Silent Hill and some Dead Space monsters renamed.)

[spoiler=List of Monsters][spoiler=Odin (Multiple) ]A Standard Monster, seen by everyone when they first enter the Town. The Odin does nothing but walk around, never attacking the People. Odin can easily be killed by a strike to the head.

[spoiler=Del (Multiple) ]Another Standard Monster, everyone sees this. The Del, unlike it's Brother, Odin, attack people, using the blade like limbs it has. The Del are killed after a good strike to the head.

[spoiler=Sai (Multiple) ]Sai are also Standard Monsters, meaning everyone sees them. Though, Sai are very unlike Odin and Del, instead of taking the Form of a Human, they take a more Canine Form. Sai are again killed by attacks to its head.

[spoiler=Innocent (Multiple) ]Innocents can only be seen by People who have experienced Depression within there lives. Innocents do not attack people though they somewhat follow them around the Town, usually Mumbling the reason the particular Person had experienced Depression.

[spoiler=1,000 Souls (Living) ]1,000 Souls are Great Monsters that can only be seen by People that have committed Murder within there Lifetimes. 1,000 Souls cannot be killed in anyway. 1,000 Souls attack people by ramming at them and stabbing them with there antler-like limbs coming from there head. They do not attack people whom are Truly Crying, or are in any type of Pain (Whether it be Physically or Not.)

[spoiler=Reverage (Living) ]Reverage is the Personal Moneter of Luis Foster; Created from the Murdered Souls of His Friends and Twisted into Its Undead body when He Got Revenge on the School Headmistress by Killing her; Turning them into its Boney form. His former friends souls were Enraged of this since they all then wanted was pease; and then got what more bloodshead. Reverage is Increadbly Dangerous and will kill Luis Foster; as that is its one goal, Revenge on the Revenger....

[spoiler=The Wanderer (Living) ]When Oliver was 24 years old, he picked up a hitch-hiker on the side of the road while driving, she was a very pretty girl, Oliver was captivated by her beauty, and she seemed fond of him aswell, the two pulled up on the side of the road, and began to explore one-another's bodies, however, the hitch-hiker rejected Oliver at the last minute. Oliver, in a fit of rage brutally attacked her with his bare hands, before retriving a crowbar from the boot of his car and killing her, through blunt-force trauma he then befoweled the girl's body. The wanderer is the soul of Oliver's first victim, and it assumes her physical form, it follows him, not attempting to make him pay for his sins, but attempting to gain a legitamate appology for his actions, she is very strong, and will infact settle for his death if need be.

[spoiler=Gluttony (Living) ]One of the Seven Guardians of the Gate to Hell. Like the other Seven Guardians, Gluttony can only be seen by people either Insane, on the brink of Insanity, or people experiencing a drug induced high, meaning all of the People in the Town because of the Mr. Jack floating in the Air. Gluttony tends to attack using its Fat limbs. Gluttony can only be killed by severe Gunshot wounds.

[spoiler=Lust (Living) ]One of the Seven Guardians of the Gate to Hell. Like the other Seven Guardians, Lust can only be seen by people either Insane, on the brink of Insanity, or people experiencing a drug induced high, meaning all of the People in the Town because of the Mr. Jack floating in the Air. Lust tend to attack by charging at people and slamming into them with the bed like structure surrounding them. Lust takes quite a large amount of damages to kill it.

[spoiler=Greed (Living) ]One of the Seven Guardians of the Gate to Hell. Like the other Seven Guardians, Greed can only be seen by people either Insane, on the brink of Insanity, or people experiencing a drug induced high, meaning all of the People in the Town because of the Mr. Jack floating in the Air. Greed will limp around a person, and attacks by shooting the little balls on its body at people, which explode. Greed can be killed by severe wounds to the black and red area where a stomach would be.

[spoiler=Sloth (Living) ]One of the Seven Guardians of the Gate to Hell. Like the other Seven Guardians, Sloth can only be seen by people either Insane, on the brink of Insanity, or people experiencing a drug induced high, meaning all of the People in the Town because of the Mr. Jack floating in the Air. Sloth crawls around as its source of transportation, and attacks people using its claws. It can be killed by a good wound to the opening on its face.

Like the other Seven Guardians, Wrath can only be seen by people either Insane, on the brink of Insanity, or people experiencing a drug induced high, meaning all of the People in the Town because of the Mr. Jack floating in the Air. Wrath attacks with its large, bulging, arms. Wrath can be killed by striking the front of its Face.

Like the other Seven Guardians, Envy can only be seen by people either Insane, on the brink of Insanity, or people experiencing a drug induced high, meaning all of the People in the Town because of the Mr. Jack floating in the Air. Envy is a lot like its fellow Guardian, Wrath, in the way that they attack, though Envy can be killed easier then Wrath, by simple wounds in any part of the body, instead of having to shoot it in the head.

Pride attacks using its clawed hands, and can be killed by a wound inside of its Face-hole.

While Survivors call it Mr. Jack, because it was the first Monster to appear in the Town, the Sons of Arzon call it Ms. Kate, because of the fact that they sacrificed the 14-year-old Katherine Sanders to summon it.

The Punisher was created in 1985, on Isaac's 14 Birthday. He had Sexual Abused his Younger Twin Sisters, Maria, and Tara, and finally on the night of his 14 Birthday, when his Sisters were 10, he Raped them, one at a Time, while his Parents were asleep. 2 Years later, Isaac had Raped both of his Sisters at least Twice a Week over this time, Maria had committed Suicide. Both of his Parents were Put into Shock, and wondered the Reason for her Suicide, when Tara told them what Isaac did. Isaac's Father, in anger, attacked Isaac. Isaac had to be hospitalized because of what his Father did. His Parents and Tara told the Police that the Injuries were Self inflected, and Tara told them of the things Isaac said while he Raped her. Finally, in 1988, Isaac was put into a Mental Hospital, though after Two-years he was released, because he displayed no signs of Insanity or another Mental Disease. Since then The Punisher has tormented Isaac in his Dreams.

Groggin Bay: A body of water located to the Northern sid of Town, it is arguably more of a Lake then a Bay. At one time it was a popular family area.

Oak Bay Grand Hospital: The average Hospital in Town. It is still full of many Medical Supplies.

Oak Bay Elementary: The average Elementary School, that at one time served as a Elementary and Junior High School together.

Oak Bay High: An average High School.

Dom & Rod's Gun's and Ammo Shop: A Gun shop located within the Town. Mainly only weak weapons are still there, but it still provides Survivors with weaponry.

Hot Coco: A small coffee shop located in Town. Though, at one time, more children came to the Shop then adults, because of its popular Hot Chocolate.

Oak Bay Police Station: Like the gun shop, it is mainly used by Survivors as a source of weaponry.

Well since the Character Murdered knowingly, he would see the Monster 1,000 Souls. In case of your Character, he had a particular reason for what he did, where as my character did not, that aspect doesn't really matter, what matters is that the Personal Monster reflects what your Character did, and is not, in anyway, on your Characters side, i.e. my Character Sexual Abused and Raped his Sisters, constantly, and The Punisher's mission is to punish my Character for that Sin.

Annie quickly flipped her long, Multi-colored hair back over her shoulder, it was the most colorful thing in this city, atleast so far as she'd seen. She tossed her paint can into the air, it spun on the way down, and she caught it with ease. She didn't leave through her home's door, instead she lept from a bedroom window and ran onto the dull street, before jumping onto her board and making her way through the dreary, unexciting town, towards the demonstration.

"Time to shake things up a bit!" she said aloud, with a confident smile on her face.
