The Graffiti Game [PG-13 / ACCEPTING VIA PM / STARTED / SEXWHAT]

Miles turned another corner and blinked in slight surprise when he saw a large group of teenagers like him huddling a small blindspot from the usual B&W surveillance, all with some sort of skates, board or other form of wheels, all gearing up for something in particular. Even more curiously, at least one seemed to be holding a can at the ready.

Miles wasn't unknown to the plights to stop the B&W, but he wasn't exactly a regular member either. He lacked the nerve to go on the more dangerous of missions, even with his Tag to help him- so he was quite surprised to see a gathering of this magnitude at this point.

Idly wondering what was going to happen, Miles strolled towards the crowd with a friendly wave, constantly aware of what was and was not being caught on camera. Large groups of Teenagers together was... well, not explicitly banned by the B&W, but gatherings like that were often among the first to be taken away. the B&W didn't trust teenagers on a whole very well, let alone gatherings of them outside of school.

Shu saw Someone waving as he approached the rest of the group. Shu didn't know who this person was, but he did see that he was a teenager and also wearing skates. Slowly skating over so as to meet him halfway, Shu silently appraised the stranger as he stopped just a few feet away. Wondering who this was and what his intentions were, Shu put his hands in the pockets of his bright grass green jacket, grasping a miniature spray can in each hand just in case he needed to do a quick tag or 2.

Nathaniel was animatedly chatting up the attractive young countergirl at Designated Restaurant 4B when his phone rang. Internally, he groaned briefly - they'd been getting off to such a great start, and she really did look good in that outfit. He briefly excused himself with a winning smile, and checked his phone.

There is a planned demonstration against the B&W at in the intersection of 4th and G Street at 6:30. You are to provide support and to keep the demonstrators safe when the B&W appear. Forward this to all available Taggers, and meet up at Central Park in 6:10. Good luck.

P.S.: Bring your wheels.

~Just thought I'd forward this to you. G.

"Something wrong?"

Nathaniel grinned.

"Nah. Something's good. Very good, in fact. But... I kinda have to go." He looked down slightly, aiming for the disappointed puppy look.

"Really? Aww..."

"Listen, do you want to meet some time later? Tomorrow, six o'clock, say?"

"Go for it. I'll meet you here." she returned his smile with one of her own.

"Awesome! See you then!"

With that, he was off, dashing through the double doors.

Nathaniel took a while to get himself prepared. Upon arriving at his home, he set about shuffling through his assorted belongings. His flat was frankly a total mess, littered with laundry, old food plates, and various other pieces of paraphernalia. Hidden underneath his bed (he was aware this wasn't exactly original, but judging from the state of his room, nobody would want to look under his bed anyway), were six paint canisters. He quickly grabbed five of them (purple, orange, yellow, black and white). He hesitated for a moment before reaching for the last, then picked it up.

As ever, it was cold to the touch.

He placed the canisters into slots on the inside of his jacket. They fitted neatly there, out of sight. Quickly, he checked the message again. Arrive at 6:30, yeah, yeah... oh. Wait. Arrive at 6:10, commence at 6:30? Woah, not good. Late, late, late. It was 6:05 already! The last comment made him laugh a little? Wheels? Who needed wheels?

A brief cat vault, and then a precision drop, and Nathaniel was across the balcony and down the drain pipe. The B&W hadn't started putting that many cameras on the roofs yet, so they were mostly a safe path, and a quick one. He was a tad late, but not too much. Nathaniel could see a group of teens, and quickly ran over.

"Hola! Don't worry, I'm just as fashionably late as ever." He gave a brief mock bow, and his usual rogue-like smile.

Shu noticed that there was yet another new arrival, and a loud one at that. "Do you want us to get caught?" Shu walked over to the new arrival with his hands still in his pockets and clenched around the mini spray cans that were there. Wait a second, he doesn't have any wheels! Could this be a spy?! So newcomer, where are your wheels?"

(Um, why is this most epic of rp's so slow?)

"Caught? What do you mean, caught? We're just a bunch of ordinary teens, amirite? Nothing suspiscious about us. Who'd want to catch us? And you haven't heard of me? Oh, for shame. And here was little old me thinking I was famous... you got me all upset now." Nathaniel winked, then stepped deftly past the other boy and slapped Gabe on the back.

"My main man, how's it going?"

((OoC: Rinne's busy, presumably.))

Normally Shu would have responded to something like this, but he decided that now was not the time to start infighting. There were going to be more then enough opportunities for fighting once the demonstration had started. Shu just remembered that he had brought his phone with him and pulled it out to see what time it was. It was 6:20, 10 minutes before the start of the mission. Returning to the group, he balanced himself as he checked the wheels of each of his skates, spinnning the wheels to make sure tha they could still move freely. Satisfied that all was well, he grabbed 2 of his miniature spray cans and removed the caps that jutted upward a little bit and pushed the miniature spray cans into places, the bottoms of them being pierced in the center. Placing the caps back in place, he resumed what appeared to be a calm stance, but inside was a seething mass of excitement. It was almost time, time to take back their freedom. Somehow, Shu just knew that today, the war would begin, and there could only be one of 2 outcomes from the fighting. No, there is only one outcome. Starting today, the B&W is going down! full of determination as he thought this, Shu stood resolute as he awaited for the appointed time to come so that the mission could begin.

"Gyeh!" Flinching a bit at the sudden sound of palm meeting jacket material, Gabe turned around to see a somewhat-familiar face. "Hey, Nate." He had known the kid through school, but maybe "known" wasn't the best descriptor. No, it was more like a link in a vague sprawling web of kids with one connecting thought. Revenge on their oppressors. He didn't think that Nate would get involved with it, though; he just didn't seem the type of person to take an active approach. Guess you always could be wrong.

Gabe spun and gave the teen a reassuring smile. "Well, I hope you're ready to raise hell," he stated playfully, in response to Nate's equally-lightheartedness, "because we won't be able to go back once we enter. That goes for everyone else here, too," he said a bit louder to address the rest of the small horde. "You might get shot, you might die. But heck," he tacked on, "isn't that our entire goal?" This was a rhetorical question, but Gab had a tick in the back of his mind that wanted someone to respond. Encouragement was good.

(((Jesus Christ, sorry for not posting in such a long time! D:}))

Shu stepped forward, now ready for action. He looked over at Gabe, then looked down at his phone. "8 minutes until our mission begins." He turns to look at the rest of the group behind him and says loudly enough for everyone to hear him as he grabs a spray can. "I know that we are all aware of our mission, but just to reaffirm what it is, there is a demonstration that will take place here. Our job is to protect the protestors. Make no mistake ladies and gentlemen. From here on out, it's an all out war against he B&W. Like Gabe said, once this has started, there shall be no turning back. Many of us are likely to be hurt, but the only chance we have now is to confront our oppressors. Otherwise, we lose everything." Shu stood there, a usually energetic and cheerful teen that looked more like someone who was about to have the fight of his life. He knew that this was only the beginning, but he had made his choice long ago, and he knew that the others had as well. He looked at his phone once more and put it in an inside pocket of his coat, saying nothing more then "6 more minutes until the start of our mission."

(lol sorry. i kind of got swept up in the moment there. anyway, i am creating an app for another character to use. is that okay Rinne?)

Annie nodded as Shu delivered his speech, she agreed whole-heartedly. Shu had always struck her as a brilliant leader, and public speaker, although she'd had minimal contact with him. She stood up straight and proud, looking like she was ready to march against the guns of black and white. She saw herself and the other taggers as colours in a monochromatic world. She was no longer fidgeting with her can, now she was gripping it like a gun, awaiting the time she would finally unleash it's power.
