OoC: Supreme Gamesmaster, I don't speak French, at all, but I can guess what it means from the 5 words I know, lol. Pas possible, means not possible, so yeah....

"Thanks guys, I wouldn't have stood a chance if you hadn't been here. But yeah, I'm entering the tourney, I got invited by SI:N, who I'm also joining. I was on the way to their HQ when I heard the commotion. Which reminds me, where'd the girl go?" he said as he looked around.

"I-I-I'm over here..." a voice said, and they all 3 looked over. "M-my name is Sarah..." she said. "Thanks for saving me, all of you..." she said, before she passed out.

"We gotta get her to hospital, quickly." Kaij muttered. "Those wounds look pretty bad."

OoC: Is it allowed to just make up NPC's like that? If not, please disregard that last part of the post.

The man collapsed to his knees. "Where...where did those cards come from?"

"That concerns you not haha, what now concerns you is where you will be spending the remainder of your days." Hadeus said as he laughed. After a few moments, he looked down at the man and he lightly knocked him over. "This time your lucky I'm in a hurry, but if our paths cross again, I will take great pleasure in seeing you suffer. Beat it!"

The man quickly ran away screaming like a little girl.

"Now where was I? Oh yes, going to enter the tournament." Hadeus continued his walk..

Her mind was beyond. Her mind was happy.

She slipped across the road effortlessly, dodging the speeding hunk of metal that barreled blindly down the narrow street with a quick, graceful leap. Her hand fell to her waist as she landed. She flicked her hand, and the card landed in another pocket.

Her mind was no longer beyond. Her mind was no longer happy.

She drew a knife and wandered the streets, aimless... bored... alone... distant.

OoC: magnet, you're accepted with the changed age, but my comp bugged when I was about to send the PM. And yes, NPCs is allowed.

Cyrus ran up to the girl and tried to lift her up, but his physical strength is not the greatest.

"A little help here, please!" He shouted with a smile. When they got the girl up he said: "Yes, I'm entering the tournament with my friend, Drill Warrior!"

He pulled a card out of his Deck and showed the Drill Warrior card.

"Drill Warrior, you say? Eh, I'm more to Blackwings. My fave is Gale the Whirlwind." he said, as he pulled out his deck. "Hey, how about a duel, just for fun. But before we do anything else, we gotta get her to the hospital." he said, as he walked over to the girl, who had fallen down again. "Can you walk yourself?" he asked. Sarah just shook her head, she was obviously drained of strength. "Well, I guess I'll have to carry you then." he said as he lifted her onto his shoulders. "C'mon guys, let's go."

Kris walked around town, He'd been invited to a tournement by the S:IN but didn't by it. He always had his suspicions with the S:IN and this felt like a cover-up. They were up to something but he couldn't quite put his finger on it. Instead he just walked around, looking for some stupid loser that would challenge him. He had walked for quite a while when he saw some guys holding an unconcious girl. "Hey, what happened?" He asked, running up to them.

As they were walking to the hospital, Kaij suddenly felt a striking pain in his jaw, and he accidentally dropped Sarah. Luckily, he managed to catch her before she hit the ground. "Eh, I hate to say it, but I think that guy broke my jaw or something... Can't one of you guys take her, I don't want that to happen again. But it's a good thing we're going to the hospital, they can check it while we're there."

"Sure, I got her."

After she was on his back, the three kept going toward the hospital.

"I actually have two favorite cards: Lunaeon of the Shining Crater and Umbraeos of Black Tranquility." Even if they're a pain in the neck sometimes.

The three could see the hospital in the distance. It towered over the rest of the surrounding area, at least 23 floors of sheer hospitality. Zharkai chuckled to himself. That was a terrible joke.

"Well, your at the hospital. I've got to go now, bye." Kris said, running off. They look like good duelists, to bad the oblivion is going to kill them probably. kris thought. He walked around, looking for some loser to duel. If he didn't find one now he'd probably just go back to the base and duel one of his lackeys.

OOC: BTW just in case, don't call my guy by the name it says on name, call him by Kyle dervenson which is his alias.

((Hello! I'm Ace Daimon, and I was recently accepted.))

((My character, VX, has not only a pair of Duel Monster Spirits tagging along, but is actually composed of two other people.))

((To clarify, my cast of characters is color-coded as follows:))

((VX, Inner Vicky, Inner Xandra, Clare, and Raki.))

Alexandra "Xandra" Krutchikova had had a really bad week.

It started late one night with the third-generation Russian-American finding a pair of cards in a crater in her backyard. These cards came to life as Duel Monster Spirits, and offered their services. Xandra decided to help the two, and she used them in her Beast Haymaker deck, with mixed results.

Then, a few days later, she was kidnapped by these Men In Black, and sent to a secret lab where this black rubbery goo was thrown on her.

Now, she was floating in a black abyss, trying to figure out what just happened.

"Where am I?" she wondered, looking down to see she was in one of her favorite outfits, a Paramore T-Shirt, jeans, and rounded glasses that let out her baby-blue eyes, her dirty-blonde hair a bit curly and let out to its full waist length. If she had some makeup and a few other improvements, she would look beautiful, but she instead looked...average.

"In my new body." A vaguely British voice replied, as if it was obvious.

"YOUR body? This is MY body!"

The voice just chuckled as if her protests were funny.

"Show yourself!"

A figure dissolved out of the darkness, but it wasn't what Xandra expected.

The woman was covered in a catsuit made of the same material Xandra had thrown on her, but it had glowing purple circuitry. The woman's hair was black as night, and when she opened her eyes, her eyes were black as well, except for her irises, which were royal purple.

"The name's Victoria Chronos. I come from an alternate future, and I'm trying to find this man."

She flashed an image of a masked man on a motorcycle.

"He destroyed my world, and I want revenge. I've been chasing him across the multiverse, but I ran into a snag in this reality, and I'm commandeering your body."

"But it's MY body!"

"Not anymore. I've fused with you, adding myself to your mind, and now I'm going to erase you from My new mi-"

She stopped, and cursed.

"Dammit! I'm too weak to destroy you, but you're not strong enough to completely take back full control. We're at a bit of a mental stalemate here."

"What about my friends?"

"Friends?"

Xandra sent over her memories of Clare and Raki, and Victoria decided to take pity on the girl, and extended her mental hand.

"Tell you what. I'll make a deal with you. We'll work together until I find a more suitable host."

"Why should I trust you? You might just be letting my guard down so that you can take control of me!"

"Because I can't trust you either. I may be evil, but even I have a code of honor. And I know that you can't use all of my abilities by yourself."

Xandra shook Vicky's hand.

"Deal."

"Deal."

((How far in the future is this?))

Guest Supreme Gamesmaster

OoC: Next Sunday A.D., by the looks of things.

IC:

The worst part about humanity was that it had a horrible sense of priorities. When something important was happening, it pretended it was unimportant. When something unimportant was happening, it pretended it was important.

Someone crashes their car and dies nearby, they hurry on their way as if nothing happens. They react more when gas prices rise.

They save a life, they act like it's no big deal. A card gaming tournament is obviously more important.

Actually, that bleeding game was another reason humanity was awful. For some reason, people placed ridiculous priorities on it. Worse, it was apparently based on an ancient Egyptian development — the monsters were real at some point.

They still were. After all, she was there.

But if not for that blasted game, she might be human, too.

With her.

Hadeus was growing tired of all of the fools who existed in this city. He couldn't stand any of them. So many people thought they were big and tough, until he called them out and threatened them...once they saw his power, they would turn and run, almost crying. This would be far more easier than he though.

Kris walked around town, the supposed 'bad' side of town. He saw some thugs that looked like they thought they were big and hard, threatening an old market stall keeper. Kris just came over and threw the thugs over his shoulder, them judo lessons had payed of once again. He walked around abit more, throwing some glances at more thugs, 'accidentaly' tripping one up. He got a few scared glances back at him but he ignored them, he had more important things to do, like plan the next meeting of the Oblivion with his second in command.

What was once Alexandra Krutchnikova awoke inside of a laboratory.

"She's alive!" a scientist cried out.

Several other scientists gathered around Xandra's new body.

It looked like Xandra, but the irises were a shade darker, while the sclera had blackened. Her hair was now black with glowing purple circuitry, along with the rest of her body. Vicky explained how there wasn't enough of her to completely cover Xandra's body, even after converting her hair, so Vicky wrapped herself in bands, which crisscrossed Xandra's now well-endowed torso, upper arms, upper legs, and her face, making an X-like mask. Her lower limbs, however, were completely covered.

Xandra also noticed that the bands were actually part of her hair, but where they touched skin, they extended what looked like black roots into her now pale skin. Her feet were now boots, her hands claws, and her hair split into several tentacle-like strands. She had a strange bulge on her lower left arm, and on her lower right, some sort of serpentine mark on a large patch of bare skin.

She looked over to see to people chained up, looking at her.

One was a young woman with cropped, chin-length, pale-blonde hair, silver eyes, and a silver outfit with some pieces of armor. Nearby lay a large silver broadsword about the same size as the woman's body.

The other was a boy about 10-12 years old with medieval-period clothing, spiky brown hair, and brown eyes. His gear, several bags and satchels, also lay at his feet.

Xandra got up as a very official-looking man approached her.

"Finally, you have been reborn! And now, you will serve us as our greatest weapon!"

"No." Xandra replied in a voice that sounded like hers and Vicky's mixed together.

OoC: Let's say the Tournament is today, Sunday, instead.

Cyrus woke up and looked at his clock.

"Oh no!" He said and threw himself out of bed. "I'm late to the tournament!"

He grabbed his deck, ran downstairs, ate a sandwich and then started running towards the Kaiba Dome, where tons of duelists were waiting for the tournament to start.

OOC: OK so we just skip everything else.

IC: It was sunday. Kris was waiting at the tournement entrance for three hours before the first competitor got there At 6:30 am. He didn't go to sleep the night before so he thought he might aswell get there early, VERY early. He saw some people walking past, but most were either tired people on night shifts or homeless people begging the tired night shift people. He wondered if it looked weird that he didn't have a proper known job at his age. He ignored that thought and got out his deck, looking through to see if he'd forgot any cards, and shuffled it afterwards.

OOC: BTW You've forgot to add my character to the accepted character spoiler.

((Same here.))

"NO?!?!?" the scientist exclaimed.

"You heard me." Vicky/Xandra replied as she easily snapped the bonds she was in, and simply got up and freed the woman and the boy, Clare and Raki, as Xandra pointed out, as the scientists, guards and the strange man simply stood there.

As she walked out of the room, the man regained his composure, and ordered guards to capture the girl.

Of course, by the time that the guards in the room had gotten out, the three of them had vanished.

An hour later, after evading several patrols and ambushing a few others, they came across a heavily-guarded vault.

"You sure some of your friends are in there?"

"Positive." Clare replied.

"The let's go get them!"

Clare stopped Vicky/Xandra before they could get further.

"By the way, you obviously aren't Alexandra anymore, so what should we call you?"

The entity stopped for a second, then replied, simply, "VX."

After slaughtering the guards, VX and Clare, with Raki waiting safely nearby, walked in to find almost a dozen young women, all with silver uniforms, pale blonde or silver hair, silver eyes, and some sort of collar, chained up inside.

Clare quickly freed them as VX deactivated the collars suppressing their "youki", the energy they use in combat, and one of them, a bit older with long, blonde hair and a slight smile on her face, said "Clare."

Clare turned, teared up a bit, and hugged the other Silver Slayer.

"Teresa, it's been so long."

VX wondered about this, when a cry for help rang out.

The Silver Slayers rushed out to see Raki being held hostage by the man from before.

"You! Surrender now, or the boy dies!"

VX looked around, then saw that, in the middle of the room, a deck of cards was lying on the table.

She picked the deck up, and flipped though it hastily to see that it was designed with these "Silver Slayers" in mind, and had tons of support cards, but all of the monster cards were missing.

She ran out to face the man.

"How about we play a children's card game? You win, you can do what you want with us. You lose, we all go free, including Raki!"

The man jumped down, gave Raki to a nearby guard, and motioned for a Duel Disk from a nearby guard.

"Deal, but you don't seem to have a Duel Disk..."

The bulge on VX's left arm activated, scanned the deck, then lit up, extending 5 holographic rectangles, similar to a Duel Disk platform as a pair of sunglasses formed over VX's eyes.

"Already got one."

The man smirked.

"But the deck you have doesn't have a single Monster Card in it. Where will you find those?"

VX didn't know, but the Silver Slayers, who had found their weapons, opened the hilts of their swords and handed a small black pack to VX.

"These are our Black Cards. Normally, they're used in our world to keep track of us, but in your world, they become normal Duel Monsters cards. Play one, and it will Summon one of us onto the battlefield." Clare explained.

VX took the cards, scanned them, and handed them back.

"You keep them. They're important to you. I'll still Summon you, but now you can retain your cards."

The Silver Slayers thanked VX, and VX, now with a complete 40-card deck, including 17 Silver Slayer cards, activated her Duel Projector.

He asked the only guy there besides him if he wanted a quick friendly duel before the tournement began. "Yeah sure." The other guy, a kid around 15/16, replied, bringing out a dueldisk. Kris put his on a drew his hand. "I'll start of by drawing a card." Kris said. "And i'll start of by summoning my Oblivion assassin in attack mode. And I play two face downs to end my turn." As kris said the last bit, two cards appeared facing the ground and a assassin type man appeared in middair. "Your turn." Kris said.

After Kaij had been at the hospital with Sarah and the others, everything had gone well, and they said his jaw would be sore for a few days, but it wasn't broken. The meeting with SI:N's boss had gone well too, and he had also recieved an official invite to the tournament, even though he had already planned on entering.

As he approached, he saw he seemed to be one of the last to arrive, even though he had gone 30 minutes early to be there. He laughed to himself. "Typical. I go early, yet I'm late." In some way, he seemed changed since last time we saw him...

20 minutes later, he was in the main hall of the Kaiba Dome, waiting for the matches to be announced. He was, again, one of the last to be announced. "And the second to last match is... Kaij, versus..." he said as he stuck his hand in the hat to pull out the names. "Tommy Kazikun!"

"Hello Kaij," Tommy said, trying to be friendly. Kaij just shot him back an icy glare. "Duel first, talk later." Was his sole reply.
