Kris smiled as he realised VX had won. "Bye bye Chortez." Kris smirked. He relaxed and waited for a reaction from mister Chortez or the corrupted slayers.

[Proto]

Chortez yelled out childishly "No, no no no!!!!!" In a insane manner he was then giggling, giggling a malicious laugh as he pointed the arm containing the poisoned dart at Cyrus. "Lets see how you like this SLAYER!" he yelled as he fired the dart at the boys neck while becoming more and more insane at the minute. "GAUF! RIFUL! We are leaving now!" he bellowed as watching the poison take effect on the young boy.

[Ace Daimon]

"Yes, Mr. Chortez."

Riful let Clare go as a helicopter descended to pick the three of them up.

She then turned to VX and the recently-freed Clare.

"Now, if you excuse me, I have a report to turn in to my employers on how Chortez failed."

With that, Riful and Dauf left the scene, leaving VX to tend to Cyrus.

"Hang on, buddy. I've got some friends that will love to repair your nervous system!"

One of her hair-tentacles became sharp and drill-like as it pierced into the wound. Black tendrils surged underneath Cyrus' skin as they ate the poison while repairing his cells from the ground up.

Eventually, the tendrils receded and the tentacle retracted, leaving a minor, bullet-like wound.

"I not only cured you of the poison, but I also removed any genetically-related health problems you might have later on in your life. Just be careful with that neck."

Cyrus was shocked, but glad that VX could help him.

"Th-thank you.." He said and smiled.

He looked around and saw that he had dropped a card face-down when he was hit by the dart. He picked it up and looked at it.

"Drill Archer? I've never seen this before... Oh well!" He placed it inside his Deck and got up. "So where are we going now?" He then asked VX.

Kaij had just joined Cyrus inside the hotel room. He had just seen him pick up a card that he hadn't seen. Then he remembered something. "Hey, I've seen that card before. When I was a little kid it was one of my dads most treasured cards! I can't remember it's effect, but I do remember it helped him in quite a lot of duels through the years! It'll be interesting to see how you use it." Kaij grinned.

[Aesirson]

Cyrus smiled.

"You think you're father have been here? Maybe he sneaked the card into my deck?"

Cyrus thought about the speculations, but decided that it can't be so. He looked at the card again, it featured a red, machine-like warrior holding a big bow in the right hand and a drill-headed arrow in the left.

"I at least think it will come in handy!"

He placed the card back into his deck.

 

OoC: FYI, my Duel Spirit is Drill Warrior, but in duels he takes the role of Drill Synchron, Warrior, Archer and Giga Drill Warrior (and any other Drill monsters related to him)

"I am in doubt, since we were poor, and this isn't exactly a low-cost hotel." he laughed. "Although this is almost as unlikely, the only think I can think of would be that someone had stolen it from him... Hey, where did that Chortex guy go? He's got an appointent with my 2 friends, Mr. Pain and Mr. Blood." he said with quite a nasty look on his face. "He's deserved that after what he did to Cyrus..."

[Aesirson]

"Don't worry, VX fixed the neck." Cyrus said and smiled.

Hey, you're actually right! I should learn to listen to you more!

Drill Warrior chuckled within Cyrus' head. Cyrus then turned to VX again.

"What's the next move?"

 

OoC: ~JG~, wasn't your character one of the SI:N, or didn't he join them?

OoC: Well, yes. Wait and see though ;D I had actually planned something different than what actually happened, but I got carried away TBH. Is it too late to chnage me? I mean, basically we're still in the opening ;D

 

IC: "I still say we go beat the daylights out of him. He deserves it."

[Ace Daimon]

VX walked in.

"I would totally agree, but I've got a lock on some more friends of mine, this time in rural Massachusetts. Wanna come along?"

She then looked around and said "Has anyone seen Kris and Raki?"

"Can't say I have, no." Cyrus said and looked around, as if he expected them to be there.

OoC: And it seems that Cyrus was talking to air in my last post so:

"So, what's the next move, VX?" He then asked and stood up.

Yes, Drill, I don't really feel anything, but VX told me to be carefull with it.

[Ace Daimon]

"As I said, I'm heading to Massachusetts." VX, sounding slightly irritated, repeated.

"Do you two want to come with me to the States?"

 

Meanwhile, Raki and Kris were digging themselves out of the dumpster that they were hiding in.

"By, I'm sure glad that's over... Raki commented before smelling something.

"Aw man! Clare's gonna be pissed!"

"Crap!" Kris said, stepping on a diaper. "Man, why did we choose a dumpster and not that wall or behind that pile of dustbin cans?" Kris finally got out, stinking like god knows what, and help Raki out. Kris grabbed his small pocket knife and scrapedof what he hoped was someones half eaten chocolate and not a number 2 that missed the loo. When they walked in Kris just said, before anyone did anything, "I am getting a shower right now so I will say shut up in advance. If I hear just a small giggle I will burn you alive and put the ashes under an atom ray and then I will fix them back together just to drown you then bury you alive then ....(This goes on for another 10 minutes)" And then he got in the shower. "SO DONT EVEN SMIRK! YES I'M LOOKING AT YOU CYRUS!" He then shouted from the bathroom.

Cyrus just looked at Kris.

"Uhm... May I ask what happend with your eyes? I don't remember them being so filled with... nothing!"

He then turned to VX.

"At least I'm comming with you, I have revenge to take!"

He raised his hand and massaged his neck, it hurted a little, but it would be okay.

 

OoC: Sorry, Ace, I didn't see that you already said where they were going :P

"To save Kris' life when he was impaled by Priscilla, I injected him with a combination of my nannies and my own dark essence. His sclera are now black because he now exists in a state between life and death." VX explained.

"And before you ask about me, it's a long story."

"Because I don't even know what I am anymore..."

"So, did you implant any dark energy into me too, or did you just fix my neck?" Cyrus was unsure on which answer he would prefer, but he felt that he had to ask, at least.

"And when are we going to Massachusetts?"

[JG.]

"Where the heck is Massachusetts? Sorry, but I'm not too familiar with geography. Or anything else, except dueling." Kaij asked. "Anyways, we got to..." He suddenly fell to the floor, seemingly in pain. "Argh..." was all he managed to say, if you can even call that a word.

"Well, let's get going then." VX commanded.

She then stopped in the doorway as she headed out.

"Wait a second. How are we going to get there?" VX realized.

"You have a point." Clare piped up. "SI:N probably has agents at every point in and out of the country."

"I don't care as long as that B**** Pricilla is there. Do you know where she is now? Because I've got a world of hurt for her." Kris said angrily. Then he went a bit soft and said, "But I have some bad news. I don't know when but something unknown attacked the base of the Oblivion. They're disbanded which means I'm all alone again. But never mind we got a job to do. Defeat Pricilla and her lackeys."

"Good thing...that message...got to...the...boss..."

"But you're still going to die."

"HRAAACK!!!"

Priscilla yanked the man clean in two, then she destroyed the console with the phone that had just contacted Kris.

"I can't believe that little son-of-a-b***h is still alive, but I will deal with him later. First, I'm going to finish this assignment and rid the world of this vile organization!"

She turned back and went further into the base to eliminate any survivors of her little raid.

[Magnet Soldier]

"The lines gone." Kris said solemnly when he heard a scream and crack on the phone. Then came the long beep of a dead line. "Looks like we're on our own. Well now we know where that B**** is. Let's go and Kill her like she did to my men." Kris said, angrily. He opened the door, put his shades on, Slammed it shut, got on his Moterbike and drove off, leaving the others behind.

But, as he tried to leave, Clare jumped in front of his Duel Runner, and, with a quick slash, sliced both of his tires out, causing him to stop.

"Kris, be rational. You're trying to go up against a monster that effectively killed you the last time you fought her. And you plan on doing it alone this time. If you go find Priscilla, she will finish the job she started yesterday. And VX won't be around to save you."

She offered her hand out to the young man.

"Come with us, and, whenever we do find Priscilla, we will defeat her together."

"If you remember, I got distracted and would have probably won because I had a facedown called threatening roar. Defends me from the attack and then she might have lost. And Anyway I need to go back to the Oblivions base. There is a deck of ultra rare cards that were my best friends untill he died three years ago. I need to get them before she does." Kris said, a little bit of emotion in his voice, Which was very unusual. He jumped of the broken bike. And wanted to run off but thought he had better wait for the others, It would be better if more people came along.

[Ace Daimon]

"Yes, but Priscilla is immune to Spell and Trap Cards, so it wouldn't have mattered anyways. And let's go wait for the others."

"Already here."

VX, Raki, and the others were already outside.

"Give a minute to fix Kris' Duel Runner, and we are off to Massachusetts!"

OOC: Actually the threatening roar doesn't effect a certain card it says that you cant declare an attack, not that your monster can't attack.

 

IC: "Actually it would have stopped her from attacking, giving me a chance. Hey guys." He said, waving to the others, "Sorry about rushing off like that but I have to get back to the base. I got to get a deck of cards that my friend had and I locked them in a safe. If they are smart they would open it and I don't want them having that deck. It is powerful." Kris said, getting a tyr repair kit out of a boot like thing in the bike. After he fixed the tyre he said, "So I'm going off back to the Oblivion base first. Anyone want to come along? "
