Neo Domino City is holding a duel tournament. Master duelists from Sattelite and Neo Domino come for miles to compete in the spectacular event. The winner will be crowned Neo Domnino Champion and will get an entry spot in the World Championship. However, the tournament is being held on an ancient burial site, and dark sevnats have been sent to ressurect the ancient force for their own nefarious purposes, for whoever in champion of Neo Domino is ruler of the city, and by using the power of the ancient creature, they can take over the world...

Using his ill-gotten gains, he's amassed a costume collection any theater company would be envious of, but his favorite is the Victorian Gentlemen costume: A full suit made of very fine wool and silk, complete with top hat and walking stick.

Bio: The uniting of Neo Domino and Satellite brought more than new business opportunities. It also brought a new class of thief, and Ovelion was the best. The trickier the security system, the more he was tempted to try it. Of course, he had solid alibis and friends in every corner. He is the undisputed master of the pick, the tongue and the trick. He also isn't half bad of a duelist either.

Appearence(opt): A young man who stands at about 6 feet, his slender body and dark skin make him seem like something of a shadow. Black hair that hangs down around his head in layers lend to his dark appearance, in addition to honey brown eyes and slight frown lines around his mouth. Black marks under his eyes hint at a lack of heavy sleep, and he seems to wear nothing but black dress shirts and black jeans.

Bio(opt): This quiet teenager has loved dueling since he's been old enough to read about the old duelists. His favorite has always been the creator, Pegasus J. Crawford. He has spent many a year collecting Toon cards that have since been released to the public, and duels with the spirit of his idol in every draw. He grew up in the Satellite portion of the city, and uses some unorthodox skills he's picked up to try and duel his way into the history books.

Bio(opt): He grew up in the Satellite until the age of 16 with his parents. One dy he arrived home as normal, only to find his parents were gone and their apartment was ransacked. The only thing he recognised as belonging to his parents was one card: Blackwing Armor Master. He took the card and escaped the Satellite. He travelled for a year, finding cards as he went, until he heard about this tournament. He wants to return in order to find out what actually happened to his parents, and locate his father's signature card: Blackfeather Dragon.

Appearance: A man in his prime with tan skin, silver hair tied into a ponytail, and futuristic black sunglasses with purple eyes behind them. He has a black trenchcoat and a black outfit. Overall, he looks like what would happen if Marik joined the human reistance from the Matrix.

Bio: The nephew of Marik Ishtar, the British-Egyptian ex-Tombkeeper is now a member of the elite organization "Torchwood", which is currently investigating a massive disturbance in the space-time continuum caused by a mysterious masked man. He managed to grab the Egyptian God Cards before his reality was subjected to this disturbance, and escaped via a prototype, reversed-engineered time machine.

Now, he's stuck in this reality, and is trying to fix his time machine.

In the meantime, he's going to participate in the tournament to see if he can find any clues on this mysterious man...

...and prevent this universe from being subjected to the disturbance as well...
