This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by sending 2 "Blackwing" Monsters from your Hand to the Graveyard. Each time a "Blackwing" Monster on the field is sent to your Graveyard by a card effect, destroy 1 card your opponent controls. When this card is destroyed, you can Special Summon 1 "Blackwing" Monster from your Graveyard. It's effect(s) are negated.

This card is not that worthwhile. It's a -2 from the hand with low ATK and a weak effect. I'd do this:

I don't like the -2 from hand for it. and the effect can only go off when it's destroyed which is situational. no offense but I probably wouldn't run it and I really wanna new blackwing. Maybe if it wasn't a nomi monster, OR if you bumped it to 1 from hand and nerfed it's attack to 2000 or somthing.

The point of this card is not to summon it at all.

l'm making a Synchro Blackwing soon, level 8. This is meant to work with vayu for said Synchro: ln all honesty, l designed it so that most people DON'T want to summon it, and would rather send it to the grave w/vayu to sync the level 8 Synchro i'm making.

Oh, you should have said somthing before. but if you didn't want it summoned, why have the 2nd and 3rd effect? they can't activate unless summoned.

It's somewhat a last resort card. BW swarm the field, and without kalut and whatnot, they cannot beat certain monsters. This takes care of that with a balanced effect, kamikaziing your other BW's for destruction. Or just foolish it for a quick vayu sync.

It's pointless to make a card with no purpose except fulfilling one card's effect. You should make it at least viable for summon.

What I meant by 'before' was that, if your original plan was for this to not be summoned except by a last resort, and is more meant to vayu for a LV8 synchro you will make, then say so in an opening post.

 

When I look at a new written card, I pretty much assume the person writing it made the card with no specific use outside of what was obvious. In this case, I had no clue you wanted the imaginary player playing the card to use it the Vayu way instead of the printed way, I just looked at the latter, and in the latter, I really wouldn't use it. That's imo though.

l honestly hate this card. l'm not a blackwing fan so l tend to hate all of them. I wanted to make a LS card but they're so broken as it is im't fraught for ideas.

Enough blackwing cards, it has enough support as it is -.- (yes i dislike blackwing)

 

The card has a really poor effect and it's summoning condition is insanely hard

to fill and not worthwhile, but this comment is kinda late. Lol koaki meiru support

would be cool though, hope that turns out good ;)

Ugh, And I hate all the new cards altogether, mainly the Synchroes and Tuner Monsters.

 

Though it does seem weak from what everyone said, but the ATK is pretty good. D:
