darkfire27131
lol you really are pathetic, i guess you don't know what discarding means 1) Discarding a card is sending a card from your hand either as a result of a card effect, or as a requirement to activate a card. Two such examples are Spirit Reaper and Lightning Vortex. When a card is discarded it is not considered destroyed.Discarding for cards like Dark Core or Lightning Vortex is considered a Cost. As such, Dark World monsters would not get their Special Summon effect. it states the card is in your hand!!! only some cards still use the old OCG and maybe you should read my post, because i never stated card A was OP, i said it was balanced, and that card B is massively OP!ok negating the effect is seriously OP, do you have any idea how powerful that is? cold wave does the exact same thing and it only last 2 turns, plus it restricts the user from activating cards too, and let me remind you cold wave is limited for a reason. now this card can trigger the effect anytime, with a small drawback of 2 cards (easy dump and results in +1). OTKing your opponent would be so darn easy, especially with all the META decks! the decks now a days are so damn fast they swarm like crazy, and just to tell you this card won't be dishing out the most damage, its the beatstick monsters! Milk-Chan
To all who say that the votes are biased or are from FTK members, while that may be true, there are no rules stating against that. So please, shut your mouths. The match is over. Get over it.
Pikachu
1) the "From your hand" is necessary' date=' why? because without that, it could also mean "From your deck." and, if its not specified to be one of your cards, guess who else has card? the guy your playing with. Baka. "Discard 1 card." heres a question: [i']From Where?[/i] your hand? your deck? your opponents hand? your opponents deck? The playing card deck in your back pocket? Try thinking.2) Get over it. Card B won because not enough FTR members cared if they won or lost, following your logic. Now, read my vote, and tell me it was biased. Most of the votes before that were because "Card A had more thought put into the effect." As if that alone made it better!3)Card A is not OP'd, and Card B is way UP'd, but Card A makes is more balanced. Card A is UP'd because every time you use its effect, you decrease its ATK, and when you do that, you increase the number of monsters who can destroy it by...I don't even know, but I know its a lot. Oh, and get this: 3500/2=1750. Even if you do attack directly, your doing less damage than if you never used its effect! You'd need 5 face-up (Continuous) Spell Cards to even do the Base Damage for this card, and do you think that anyone is stupid enough to put those on their field when their opponent controlled this? I'd say its pretty well balanced.4) (Directed at Timmy) If you still want to do our match, I'd be more than happy to do so. I so f***ing lol'd. But a good 1 on 1 indeed. I hope the prizes have been given out, and this shall be locked. ^_^
