That logic truly fails, it means that they are let go without charges because of who say said it too. You obviously don't know how lurking can help someone learn how to not mess up. The vast majority of posts in each forum are done correctly. With just a bit of patience, a new person can make a post that conforms to the accepted rules of the forum simply by observing others do it right.

The JUSTICE system in the US doesn't quite agree with that statement.

In fact, not even a year ago a new law was passed that the harassment of a person under the age of 18 by an adult will result in 4 years in a federal prison.
