Alright. new plot

 

[spoiler=Plot]While evil still lurks the Digi-world, 2 teams has formed, Lunarcrest and Heatstone. These 2 teams have been rival since the teams have been made. Lunarcrest belongs to the Mt. Cresent, which lies in the west of Digi-world and the opposite of that direction is Mt. Flame, which belongs to Heatstone. These areas are secured with tamers.

 

Meanwhile, an evil Digimon named Kronomon, has descent from the stars, which has a plan to destroy all Digimons and Tamers so he can make an army of new Digimons, then he'll make a portal to enter the Human world and take over it. Now, Lunarcrest and Heatstone were forced to join forces to defeat the evil Kronomon and save all the Digimons and Tamers.

 

I do not find it all that interesting, you have basically the same Digimon Series, defeat the evil that got stronger from the last season.

And I really hate tamers, I like destined.

I shouldn't be typing this late at night but okay whatever.

 

So, I was watching ZeXal or whatever you kids call it.

 

And I'm like,

 

"Gee, the setting is actually pretty boss. Virtual duels and all that s***."

 

So I kept watching and I noticed something.

 

"Man the villains are so... Childish. Kid who wants to destroy a guy's deck, a hacker who just wanted to make some fireworks, and some little kid wanting to ruin another kid's social life. Okay well, that last one is pure evil but still."

 

So I thought. SURPRISING I KNOW.

 

This is what I came up with.

 

The pendant that Yuma obtained was never given to him, it was snatched by a temple raider (i'm presuming the pendant was from a temple hence his EXPLOREEREREREREE parents) and eventually auctioned off. The person that bought it suffered an "ACCIDENT" (HINTHINTHINT) and the pendant was found by another person, who also suffered an "ACCIDENTE". (i warned them about the stairs. i told them.) The people that suffered from an "ACCIDENT" amounted to 98. The 99th was the daughter of a rather influential government agent. In the middle of a rather emotional duel, she ripped the pendant from the necklace that held it and woke astral.

 

She also die- I MEAN SUFFERED AN ACCIDENT. God I'm so clever.

 

Daddy wasn't happy.

 

Cause of death was uncertain, but witnesses said she was shocked by something. A single card was found on her body, far from where her deck had dropped. The card and pendant were recovered.

 

The witness also managed to identify the boy the girl was dueling, and he was tracked down. The SWATguys were all like "OPEN THE DOOR" and the kid was like "YOU'LL NEVER TAKE ME ALIVE" but this is ygo so they just dueled. The boy alone in his house, because he had killed his family stating he was just 'paving the way for my holy master'.

 

He was detained and brought for a screening/interrogation. He seemed to be emotionally unstable, well f***, just unstable in general.

 

Supposedly he was an A student and star junior dueler.

 

So they brought in a psychologist.

 

During the interview, the psychologist presented the card 'No. 39: Aspiring Emperor Hope' and the boy freaked out, claiming the card was his holy master and demanded to have it.

 

After a few tests with the card (mainly seeing it being used in a duel by various people) they concluded that it induced immense emotion in the person using it, and it was extremely difficult to part them from the card. Said high amount of emotion would cause them to do... Extreme things.

 

Like murdering people.

 

There eventually was another murder case, with a witness stating he was watching a duel when the victor walked over to the loser and stabbed him repeatedly before ripping off his arm and then attempting to consume it yum arm god now im hung-back on topic.

 

The witness noted the victor seemed to be different after summoning his key card: 'No. 17: Revise Dragon.'

 

At that point, the group of government officials decided to create a group to seek out these number cards and solve some brutal murders occurring in the main city of zexal or WHATEVER YOU GET WHAT I MEAN

 

so yeah thats it

 

There are probably some unexplained stuff in there, either 1. use common sense. or 2. wait until tomorrow for me to write out a better version.

BTW, the new idea for the Digimon RP is better, but it still needs some sort of originality. Like having the Digital World have created their own Digi-Destined once every connection to the Human World is cut off because of a virus based Digimon created by an unknown source.

The Digimon RP idea is not good. It's basically two teams then a bad guy. Why not make it at least somewhat interesting? Two teams are actually bad guys and the 'villain' is a good guy? Even that's not all too great but it at least adds something to spice it up.

The Digi-World has been closed to the Human World and is now forbidden to go there to avoid evil scientist and such to plant evil plots in the Digi-World. But many years after, the Digi-World has opened once again to the Human World. The kids are now happy about the news BUT the reason of the opening of the Digi-World to the Human World is to train new Digidestined to save the world from an unknown virus Digimon that is really the cause of the closing of Digi-World.

Unfortunately the whale died before he could get his answer, but the fact is, you really have to put some more thought into the opening. But all-in-all, if you can make this fun for whoever does join your role-play, then you can avoid some questions (or if not, you can just give a one-worded answer like my fellow Co-Worker, Lady here does. Which she does all-soo-well.)

Actually, my idea was that someone or something had blocked off all access to the Human world from the Digital Word and vice-versa. It was realized that it was a virus that entered the Digital World and blocked off all gateways to the Human World. This virus ended up becoming an unknown Digimon, whose power exceeds all other Digimon antagonists combined. And because access to the Human World was sealed, the Royal Knights created a special team of Digi-Destined made from every previous Digi-Destined, their key personality points connected to each one. These Digital Digi-Destined(Try to say that 3 times. lol) are also given powers of the Spirit Digimon, allowing the use of Spirit Evolution into a certain Digimon depending on the element and crest given to each of them. These 7 are to find the new Virus Digimon and put a stop to its evil plans.

My newest RP idea. It's a fantasy RP that takes place in a world far, far away. The RPer takes the role of either an Outsider or a Templar. The Outsiders, while not evil, are hated by everyone else (everyone else is refered to as "insiders" or "the inside") and loved by none. Some say they are a myth, but still the Templars keep hunting them.

 

In the world where the RP takes place there are no longer any magic. At least that's what the people are told. The Outsiders are shunned by the inside, and they use all the negative feelings (hate, fear, disgust etc) the inside has for them to fuel their own magic.

 

The Templars, on the other side, are elementalists. Instead of magic they use the power of the elements to battle criminals and to hunt Outsiders.

 

However, recent events will force the Outsiders and Templars to unite into one...

was thinking of doing a Vampire Knight based rp.. i know most people probably wouldn't have read it here but the main bit would be the plot bit (and it'd be similar just dif. universe or something so no canon char.) basically being 1 high school with 2 dorms, a Day class "Sun" Dorm and a Night class "Moon" Dorm long with the main buildings, Night Dorm's Students are all either Type A (only 1 or 2) and Type B (most) Vampires

A = Pure-blood, higher physical strength and speed, very few exist, only vampire blood in lineage, can order other vampires to do stuff (power to make them obey), can turn humans, various unknown powers

B = Noble, not as strong or fast a pure blood, cannot turn humans

C = Human turned by a pure blood who has drank their blood and stabilized

D = Human turned by a pure blood who has yet to drink their blood

E = Human turned by a Pure Blood who hasn't drank their blood and has given in to the blood lust

 

 

there are 2 (maybe 3/4 so ppl have stuff to do other than being vamp or oblivious) guardians who are the people who know about the vamps and have trained so that their strength and speed allows them to stand a chnce against the vampire students and protect day class from them if they try to feed on them instead of taking blood tablets and keep the human 'Day' class away from them physically on every occasion except the annual school dance which the vampires are closely watched so they don't try to bite the day class students

Germany, France, Russia... All these countries have been involved in many wars and have economy downs and ups for decades... Three men and their elite guard choose their destinies... And with that an Imperial Age will be born...

 

The basic idea is that you are a guard or a worker for one of these three people, one in France (Maximilian Bonaparte), Germany (Bardolf Rabe), and Russia (Adrick Igorgov) who will turn the tides of history and the roleplayer will face life changing decisions, warfare, and internal conflict. A Political Drama Roleplay, different yes but for those who are serious roleplayers and who are looking for a serious topic should try this out. The RP is short and will be divided into two parts, pre-imperial and post imperial. This RP will not take too long as is designed to be short but it'll be an interesting change from fantasy RP's.

Many generations after the time of the last Void Mage Louise Françoise le Blanc de la Vallière and her familiar, the legendary Gandalfr Saito Hiraga (main characters from the actual series), two twins were born.

 

Skip forward 10 years, and both twins have shown skill of legendary Void Mages. However, unlike the last Void Mage Louise, they also have mastery of the other four elements as well, and both are as equally skilled as the other.

 

Skip forward 6 more years, and during their Summoning Rituals, each summoned a human as their familiar. One became the legendary Left Hand of God Gandalfr, with the power to control any tool or material made for war, while the other became the legendary Right Hand of God Windalfr, with the power to utilize any magical item.

 

Skip forward 10 more years, and the continent of Halkeginia is in turmoil. For the common folk, oppression by the mages, nobility of their social system, has increased dramatically. The two twins, despising each other after many years of rivalry, have become the leaders of the countries of Germania and Gallia. They constantly make war on each other, vying for land and power. Summoning humans as familiars has become more prominent in the latest years, and their armies are filled with both powerful mages and universally diverse familiars.

 

However, all is not lost. The familiar of one of the twins, the Gandalfr, stands apart from his master since long ago, hating his cruelty and lack of compassion towards his followers, nobility or not, and his constant greed, power-hungriness, and need for war. He has raised the flame of rebellion in the long time weakened country of Tristain. He is followed by both mages who wish for a peaceful land, and other familiars, human or not, that have similarly left, or more often than not escaped or killed, their masters to fight against them.

 

The seemingly neutral countries of Albion and Romania dare not choose sides openly, lest they face problems from either of the other two countries, with all three currently locked in a standstill. However they do send streams of spies and assassins into Germania and Gallia, secretly fighting for Tristain's side, also hoping for a peace that hasn't existed in Halkeginia in years.

 

The war continues as each side battles for their desires...

 

I would control the king of Gallia and his familiar, the Gandalfr leading the rebellion. Someone would control the king of Germania and his/her familiar (gender/personality/etc. can be the person's choice).

 

Everyone else could be either:

1. A mage of any of the three main countries (Gallia, Germania, Tristain), but each mage must also have an accompanying familiar. Familiars can be human, or a species of magical creature. A familiar retains its natural abilites, but also gains special ones from the Summoning Pact (such as a dragon that can fly, breath fire, etc. but can also use telepathy or something).

2. A solo familiar fighting on the side of Tristain. Same thing for these familiars as stated above.

3. A spy/assassin from Albion or Romania. These can be mages (but have no accompanying familiar) or a solo familiar (but has to be human or mostly humanoid).

I dare not have people be normal knights or something, as they would be horribly outclassed by the no doubt larger number of mages/familiars.

 

Rules include:

1. No Void Mages outside of the two twins, so only one person besides me can be one. This also means, of course, no other Gandalfr or Windalfr, as they are only summoned as familiars of Void Mages.

2. No familiar too powerful, have both their natural and special abilites reasonable.

3. No mage too powerful, at most a Square Mage is possible (someone who's skilled in all four of the four elements of Wind, Water, Fire, and Earth, not including the fifth element, Void). Other choices are Triangle Mages (3/4), Line Mages (2/4), and Dot Mages (1/4). As your lower in rank, your skill in each individual element is greater, and vice versa. You cannot be a Square Mage who's mastered all four elements as much as a Dot Mage who's mastered only one, having only to focus on one of the four elements. Remember the saying, "Jack of all trades, master of none." when choosing what rank of mage you wish to be.

4. Standard rules, no spamming, flaming, etc.

 

I plan on it being about PG-16, swearing, violence, gore, romance, that kind of stuff. However, I don't want someone going overboard and try to have sex in the RP or something ridiculous like that.

The problem is that, in general with my RPs, I'm good at laying down great plots, but keeping them moving forward and having a more specific idea of what should be happening betwen the start and end (in which I don't even know who might win in the end, but I do like happy endings) besides the absolute generalization of "countries have war" is where my faults lie. Also, this is a big idea, for me, and it would be hard to do alone.

 

Also, I'm not entirely sure how many fans of the series are around here, as just a few would help keep the feel of the story better than people who have no idea about the series or any of the terms or places and are just there to RP, though they are necessary as well.

I have no idea, but I prefer that last word be left out. It just doesn't seem like Zero no Tsukaima if there's somehow not some crazy-ass romance going on during war time. XP

How about a a plot based on micro. Where there is a single event and during the coarse of that event you assign a select number of RPers to play roles but there is no app. A third party member randomly distributes roles to each Rper and each one has a job and a goal for it. Say you have a presidential conference in the streets of Genova. You assign one person the role of an assassin, another the role of a guard, another the role of international detective hot on the assassins trail and so on and so forth for a small group. The RP would have no plot besides that event with no set conclusion or steps. Instead the story makes its self and would be solved by interaction. Plus they are short so you could run 1 a week with a new topic event and new;y random roles.
