Alright, not sure how many people actually looked, so I figured I'd post here, to see what other concensous is. I have taken a shot at starting my own rp here, but I am not sure what anyone thinks of it. I don't know if it's because it was ignored, or if was bad or if just that people didn't feel like spending time commenting, but regardless I have no Idea on wheither or not anyone would be interested in an rp like this seeing as no one had said anything. That's why I decided to come here with it. The rp is called Twistopia: The Black Rebellion (the link is in my sig) and it's something that if I do get any members hope to be a long thing, seeing as I plan on using the results for a story/series. So see what you think, if interested, and reply back to this. Any opinions or ideas will be greatly appreciated.

27 years ago, an asteroid made out of an unknown material was on course to hit Earth. However, the asteroid was effectively blown up by an American missile. Even though a few (15 confirmed) people died by the rubble that fell from the remains of the asteroid the UN found that these sacrifices was necessary as the whole asteroid would, by a 96.85841% (cwutididthar) marginal cause a genocide.

 

However, when scientists returned to the crashing sites of these smaller metroids, they found only a crater, an high ammount of radiation and a seemingly bottomless hole in the center. After countless hours of searching they found nothing, and the case was abondoned.

 

Now, 27 years later, some people, all of them born after the accident, has started to show signs of Psychic or in other ways superhuman abilities.

 

 

Yay/Nay? Suggestions?

My bad.

I just get a little mad whenever anyone tries to advertise on this thread.

 

It's OK. To be honest I kind of expected some form of reaction like that (been here long enough to know the rules on advertising), but it's kind of hard to advertise for an RP that's not completely finished. I'm mostly just looking for any thoughts on it, perhaps even the reason why no one seems to be bothering with it. The only thing different I did was move the location of viewing the idea from here, to there. Sorry if I upset you though.

 

@Aesir: I like that idea actually, but make sure you have a well thought out story/destination and rather active members for it. The plot is sort of similar to the RP Mindscape, which sort of fizzled out partially because of those reasons.

[spoiler=Plot] The year 4015 The world has been at peace for 80 years after eliminating all other threats then after the world started getting a bit too clustered without the basic death toll, scientists attempted to get into different dimensions, however little did they know in these dimensions there were what were thought to be humans, but were however Very fragile, soon when the first squad was M.I.A and the rescue squad also M.I.A they called for backup, and so the military was involved in finding what went wrong and fixing it.

 

 

What you guys think? If you think it needs more say so, if a bit is overboard say so! Please, I love CnC.

Well, I've just returned, so my knowledge may be rusty, but if I remember correctly, I think it helps for people to know what role they will be playing in this, since it is a role-play. Otherwise it sounds like an okay start.

Ok guyz, so I have something to ask all of ya. Would anyone be interested in...a adventure Rp? I'm talking about a Rp that works like Uncharted (awesome game). You know; people work together or against each other in order to obtain a fantastic treasure. I don't have anything about a plot or anything, I just wanted to know if anyone would be interested in that sort of Rp. So, please reply and just tell me if you would want a Rp like that.
