1. Aside from spamming, trolling and flaming, when do you get this warning?

 

2. Is there a user that has 0% warning level since registering?

Break a rule, get a warning, simple as that. Of course, you don't get a warning every time you break a rule, that would be stupid.

You get BANNED when you break huge rules. You get warned when you break other rules

I've been warned by the other members of the forum, (Including some of the moderators) but my Warning level is at 0%

You get warning levels when you break a huge rule, or when don't stop making fun of other people on a massive level. Such as calling them names, or making fun of them on a 24 hour basis without listening the Moderators warnings.

 

That's why I always say Kind and respectful things.
