[spoiler=RULES(MUST READ)]

-NO GODMODDING. There will be a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR GODMODDING. All that is required is one complaint from other members and action, permanent or temporary, action will be taken.

-Not too many extremely famous characters please. Be reasonable, and pick a not so famous band if you notice a lot of people making their characters world renowned.

-If you don't know what will happen in the plot, don't even think of taking it over. I will control the plot, and I have a plan in mind.

[spoiler=My App]

Name: Jack Smith

Age: 22

Gender: Male

Appearance: A young, moderate sized man with hair that is a rare orange, commonly referred to as "red heads". He has strange amethyst colored eyes, that change to dark brown in the winter. He always wears mismatched, and almost a more loose version of formal clothing on stage, such as a Slash-like top hat, or maybe a slightly loosened neck tie with a black blazer with his jeans and sneakers. Off the stage, he wears often a regular T-Shirt and Jeans with a blue blazer.

Band Name: Capurnicus

Band Success: Low

Band Position: Lead Guitar

Band/Performer Genre: Classic

Bio: He has two personalities: A stage personality, and a relaxed personality. His relaxed personality is quiet, not very social, and nervous. No one has seen his stage personality, and it was discovered when he practiced his guitar on his father's private stage while he was on tour. When he started playing his guitar, he was strutting, moving, dancing, he was a complete showman. He was wild, crazy, he was a rocker. His dad was in a semi-famous band, and mostly went to gigs around their region of the country. Regardless, it was a band with fans and success, so John strove to be like his father. However, he was too timid, and now he feels he is being pulled between his personalities.

Name: Brandon Mitchell

Age: 18

Gender: Male

Appearance: Brandon has fair tan skin and stands at a height of 5'6. He has black hair that is cut short and usually combed well. On stage he wears a black T-shirt with a skull and black jeans with white sneakers and gold framed glasses. Off stage, he is mostly seen with a basic blue collar shirt and jeans while wearing the same glasses and sneakers

Band Name: Dark Passage

Band Success: Low

Band Position: Variates between singer and Classic guitar, but mostly singer

Band/Performer Genre: Classic and usually Punk

Bio: Brandon was born into a family of musicians. His mother was a violinist and saprano singer in an orchestra while his father was in a band that was in a genre called Dark Caberet. He grew up with these elements and as he turned 13, he was given his dad's guitar and was in his band for around 4 years until they thought it was time for Brandom to make his own. His music is somewhat strange to everyone since he hasn't gone over the Dark Caberet phase of his life. He is shown as usually smart, but not really talkative and shy. He also plays in his mother orchestra from time to time, when the band is slow.

If I messed something up. I'll edit it.

GODDAMNIT.

YOU HAVE TO TELL ME THESE THINGS WHEN YOU ACTUALLY POST THE THREAD. D:<

Name: Klavier von Fenris

Age: 21

Gender: Male

Appearance(Picture or description. Descriptions are +4 lines): http://images3.wikia.nocookie.net/aceattorney/images/thumb/0/0f/Kantilen_jung.png/216px-Kantilen_jung.png

Band Name: August in December

Band Success(High[Famous], Moderate[Getting local gigs], Low[Not so well]): High

Band Position(Lead Guitar, Bass, Singer, Drums): Lead Guitar/Singer (He variates to keep things interesting)

Band/Performer Genre(YOU CAN ONLY PICK CLASSIC, METAL, COUNTRY, OR PUNK): (We totally forgot normal rock. D: ) Although he's a jack-of-all-trades, he has a soft spot for Metal

Bio(Personality/ History. +5 Lines): Klavier comes from a line of successful business men. Unlike his family, he was different. Around the age of 14, he started a band using his old guitar. They got lucky, and due to his father's connections grew into a rather famous band. Although a lot of people think he's only famous because of his father, his music is actually good. That's what he's in it for; the music. Although his band is incredibly successful, he sometimes goes for small gigs just for kicks. This usually ends up with the bar becoming famous, which is why he's coveted by bar owners.

Sorry. Why don't we just start the RP? Making me cantankerous waiting.

OOC: 1 more person should do it. However' date=' I believe it's time to make an acception. Since you had the time to highlight and read this message, I believe you have the time to lose THE GAME.[/color']

IC: John had just gotten off the phone for the 5th time today, as he sat in his bedroom with the phone, an opened Yellow Pages phone book marked with highlights crossing out about 10 names in the book. Apparently, no one wants to have a new band to play at their cafe. John was scratching the right side of his scalp, trying to think of a way he could get people to want to hire them. Perhaps he could go to an open mic night with his band, he thought. Maybe he could participate in the Battle of the Bands contest in 2 weeks. Him and his band were greatly looking forward to that.

There were plenty of cafes in town, and he could find an open mic night, considering they can't reject anybody. John lept off his bed, and put on his high top, old fashioned sneakers, and put on a jacket to take a walk around town. He speadily went down his stairs, two at a time, and quickly walked out the door, not before grabbing his house key from the desk next to the door. He locked his wooden, outer door and took a walk in to the city.

Alex returned the call from a teen fan, with the name Lucas Crushank(Fred to those who DK). She then grunted. "Well, soon my band will be competing with others at Battle at the Bands. Gotta get some fresh air & a Double Chocolate Mocha." She told herself. Her & her, as she said, "Hot as Fire", male co-members, were how they came up with "Fire n' Ice", often said as "fIrE N' iCE", was successful, & she was happy.

"Hello Alex. The usual? DC Mocha with Whipped Cream & a French Vanilla sweetner?" The cashier asked. "Yeah. The usu." She said, & they laughed. The people ooh'ed & aah'ed at her, & just went back to their coffee. Later, 5 minutes later, she was taking that first delicate sip into her "center relaxment" drink. She then left with that frofthy beverage & left the famous Starbucks store in Seattle.

Naturally, Klavier would of gone with a 'lighter' disguise. However, this was not the case. He walked into the cafe as himself, as he would appear in concerts and TV. Of course people recognized him, some approached him. Usually for an autograph or two; he would give it to them. Writing it down on the spot. Unlike some other stars, he was kinder, appreciating his fans. Of course, he always supported the community; hence his common bar trips.

John walked along the concrete walkways of the bustling city, containing excessive amounts of extremely tall buildings, which could hold 1 million of him. This, however, John was used to. He had been in the city, or at least near the city, for about a year and a half in his apartment that made hell look like Donald Trump's mansion. He finally came to a 'night life' section of the city, where bars and clubs were more common than Rattata in Pokemon games. There was one section of the block that was an exception, which was the cyber cafe. People wouldn't need entertainment there, because they had the computers to keep their customers happy.

He found a bar with a sign out front saying: LOOKING FOR PERFORMERS FOR NIGHT SHOWS. John's eyes lit up like a child who saw he had every Christmas Gift in the world under his Christmas tree. He stepped into the bar, and took a moment to intake the old style decor and theme of the establishment.

Brandon was at the orchestral theatre looking for new violinists for his band, Dark Passage. Apparently, their old violinist got into a car accident and couldn't perform. He had to look at over 20 different violinists, 1 being his own mother. His father was sitting at the table looking at the next auditioner. It was a girl about 13 that just got into middle school. Her playing performance was really good, compared to other violinists her age along with most in their 20s. Brandon knew his first choice was her because of her skill. "OKay. We have a singer, bass player, celloist, drummer, classic guitarist and violinist. What am I missing dad?" he asked. "Well, you could use a possible piano player and you can also use some people in your mom's orchestra if you need them." his father said lazily. "Right. Then we're good. Dark Passage is ready to start their practicing."

Raven was going to perform alone tonight; she got a Acoustic guitar out, and was attempting to perform a song that would be modified as all her bandmates got sick with food poisoning, luckily she was allergic to shellfish. All adults crowded the stands, only a couple children.

She stood to the crowd, looking nervous. She started with a Acoustic solo. The words:

CHORUS

"Everything is there, take a chance." It is repeated times 4.

*Solo*

"Hanging for dear life, I take a scream,

Death & Hell down below. I JUST SCREAM!

Life is there, take a chance. I JUST SCREAM!

*Clapping & nanana repeated*

CHORUS

"Life is holding a hand, JUST GRAB IT & SCREAM!"

"Life is holding, hell has broken loose!

Take my hand, we. Will. SURVIVE! JUST SCREAM!

*Long Solo*

*Until the third yell, whisper*

"Scream. Take a chance with life. Scream! Yaaaaaaa! Yaaaaa! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!"

*Solo just like in "Down with the Sickness" by Disturbed*

"OH-WAAAATATA!"

"Just scream! Just scream! Just scream!

*Last scream is held for 30 seconds*

John took a good look around at the dusty, cobweb infested, old fashioned jukebox, the seperate tables for people to sit down and drink or eat, and the bar not too far from the stage, with bar stools surrounding the bar. The bar tender was in the center of the entire J shaped bar area. John walked over to the bar area, and asked the man "Excuse me, but do you have any openings for entertainment?" The man looked bitter, at the sight of the young man, and said in a southern tone "Get your hip hop and rap crap out of this bar, this is an ol' style rock n' roll bar, son. "

John smiled and looked low and away for a second, and said "That is exactly what my band and I plan on performing." The bartender looked quite interested and slightly shocked at the fact that not all teenagers didn't listen to the seemingly new minority genre, hip hop and rap. He said to John "So, you're not part of most teenagers, huh?" John looked bewildered, and said to the man "Actually, rap and hip hop are actually a minority genre for the most part. a few people listen to it, but it's kind of a small fan base."

The bartender looked positively confused, as if he was stuck in the stone age, and came to the future via time machine. He replied "So, it's not the big thing with you youngens? Oh, nevermind. You've got a band, right? Is there any kind of band that you guys are similar to?" John thought for a moment, and thought about their songs, and said "Well, I really don't know. However, our band is a huge fan of AC/DC, and we try and look at what made their style successful, and add our own little spin to it." The bartender replied, grinning with pride "Oh, their songs are, or were, the majority of that jukebox over there. Any man that put on something else other than AC/DC was kicked out by the other customers, and we had to calm them down a few times. I'll talk to our manager, and see if we can work something out."

The bartender walked to a door in the back, and went through it. John figured this was probably either where they keep the drinks, or that was his boss' office. John turned to Raven, and said "Actually, I'm trying to get my band a show here. We've been looking for places to play shows, but they are all apparently looking for more experianced bands. A few of them when I called, asked if I was that one band that goes to bars around the country and plays. I can't remember their name." John shrugged at his last line, and he said "So, apparently your bandmates can be annoying, in a room-mate-like kind of thing?"

Brandon walked down the streets with his father as he noticed a sign asking for new performers in a bar. "Well, dad. Maybe this will work." he stated as he opened the door and walked inside. They sat a a table near the exit. Brandon ordered a root beer while his father ordered a pint. They waited for their orders and watched around. Nothing usual, except for the occasional yelling couple talking about always going to a bar instead of a fancy resturant.

"I am the only female member, the leader, of Fire n' Ice. They're like the blazing Fire, rushing through the forest of rock as a less famous band Wildfire, & I came along as the Ice turned into Water that will douse the fire, & Fire n' Ice formed. My bandmates I left back in Albany, they got sick with Shellfish undercooked. I am allergic to that, so I am here. Can I join with you for a one night duet?" She explained & asked. Then turned to the bartender. "Excuse me, I am a singer known a bit well around the North, only though Washington, Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, & New York know me. I'm Alex "Raven" Cooper."
