Hello, welcome to the iCC, or iHop's Contest Central for short. This, people is not one contest. This is a string of 5 day long contests in quick succession.

The prizes for winning a contest are as follows:

1st: 2 reps, 3 iCC points.

2nd: 1 rep, 2 iCC points.

3rd: 1 iCC point.

After every 2 months, there will be a week in which you can trade your iCC points for real points, 1 iCC point for 30.

Also, the people with the most iCC points will get these:

1st: 3 reps, 50 points, a place in the Uber Hall of Fame and free entry to the next 3 contests.

2nd: 2 reps, 20 points, a place in the Uber Hall of Fame and free entry to the next 2 contests.

3rd: 1 rep, and free entry to the next contest.

After this is finished, all points will be reset.

Entry fee is 3 points per contest.

Current contest: Make a level 3 DARK Dragon-Type monster.

This card is treated as a Normal Monster while on the field or in the Graveyard. While you control this face-up card, you can Normal Summon it OR pay 1000 Life Points to Special Summon it to have it be treated as an Effect Monster with the following effect:

- By paying 1000 Life Points during your Standby Phase, you can declare 1 Type of card (Monster, Spell, or Trap). Your opponent must then reveal the top 4 cards of his/her Deck and discard all cards of the designated Type and add the other revealed cards to his/her hand. This effect can only be used twice. As long as you control this face-up card, there is no limit to the amount of cards in your opponent's hand.

Effect

This card cannot be Summoned from your Deck or Graveyard. This card can only be Summoned from your hand during your opponent's Battle Phase by removing from play 1 Fairy-Type monster which has been selected as an attack target. When this card is Summoned place 2 Angel Counters on it (max. 7). Once per turn if you control a Gemini monster' date=' you can Tribute it to place 2 Angel Counters on this card. If your opponent controls a Spell Card, you can destroy it. You lose 500 Life Points at the end of the turn. Once per turn, if your opponent activates a Trap Card, place 1 Angel Counter on this card.
