.Nu-13
I know it's a bit weird, but it works FIELD:Dark SimorghAnti-Spell FragranceGround CollapseOjama King HAND:None GRAVEYARD:None Due to the Anti-Spell, your opponent must first Set Spells before activating, but due to the Dark Simorgh he/she can't, so you locked your opponent's Spells/Traps. Then, with Ojama King and Ground Collapse lock your oppoent's monster's zone.

CrabHelmet
Each half-field-lock is old as dirt on its own. I don't know if anyone has tried doing both at once, but that would require a 9-card combo (Dark Simorgh + Anti-Spell Fragrance + Ground Collapse + Ojama Yellow + Ojama Green + Ojama Black + Polymerization + a WIND monster + a DARK monster) with cards that have no synergy and assumes that the opponent has no field at all. So... it's terrible.
