I never said to back down. But these kids DO NOT need to know what Hentai is. They do not need to know the vast world it contains. And if they so much as are curious, nothing's stopping from having them search "Adult/Pornography Cartoons/Images". Which of this moment is the 2nd Link on Google, (barring 2 Youtube Links).

 

If they are even curious so much more, PM does exist. And unless they (or their parents) complain to me or another Super, them asking for such links is perfectly viable. So kindly respect your position, and apply age discretion PROPERLY.

There is nothing wrong with mods. I think sometimes, when a mod has been a mod for too long, they either:

 

a) become too full of themselves.

b) get bored and leave.

 

Which has been the case with God Kaze / Jesus of Chaos / Tyrantking, etc.

 

I think we need some new mods to replace the old ones.

Anywho, lol I'm debating on whether or not to supply fuel for the fire or to laugh at the fact that this thread wasn't locked on the spot. Still trying to show heart I can see. It's funny how the Moderators whom are being blamed for being corrupt, are actually the ones whom aren't.

Lets just correct a few things here.

 

Mods do answer to people. The Super Mods' date=' who are asked to be Mods because we are the more responsible ones of the bunch and are able to keep a level head in a given situation, regardless of how they present themselves. Such is my case, where I present myself as an emotional bag of tears. It's simply my personality.

 

Super Mods of whom, unless wrote the rules for their local section are these rules, rather than those of the Local Mods of a section. I might bear in Mind, I have on more than one occasion banned a Mod and Warned them. This may or may not apply to other mods, but I know for a fact that I have... Now, whats next?

 

Ooh yeah, your corruption idea. How can one be corrupt if they eliminate that which is causing a ruckus and being a menace to the board? Assuming you do no wrong and follow rules, I see no reason to ban you. And for now, I shall not.

 

EDIT: Local Mods write rules that they believe will support their section.

 

Lol, now is this physically or subjectively? There have only been 2 Moderators banned, in the recent year, and only one whilst you had the power to ban a fellow Moderator. So, care to define that statement? Since apparently your speaking for every Moderator now, you don't want to seem like a irrational tyrant now do you?

I warned Sushi for breaking the rules of the Pop Culture Section (dont quite remember which). I banned him (well more like Browarod did) upon request as I was hesitant to do so, but that matter was solved within a few hours so it's all good.

 

Im pretty sure Ive warned Hunter a couple times (though this is unclear). And I did ban Shadius for a day.

I am well aware of this tactic, you did it to me don't cha know. Which is why I said, "physically or subjectively". As far as shadius's ban, don't play koi with me. If i'm not mistaken about certain raids, or something there should be one less moderator here today.

This is all really simple, enforce the rules and leave feelings and beliefs out of it. I mean really thats all you are here for, is to do grunt work. Not try and be some kind of .. person the represents actual power what is the word im looking for... hrmm.. :? ahh, hero/celebrity lolhero/celebrity.

Not only have you not provided any shred of evidence supporting your claim (short of "omg, the rule sucks, the mods are totally corrupt"), you don't even know the names of the moderators you are accusing. There's an obvious problem here: this "point"... doesn't have a point. What are the implications of this observation of yours? How do you suggest we combat this? Should we fire mods after a couple of weeks so that they never get arrogant? Should we hunt moderators down in real life and force them at gunpoint to stay on YCM? Why should we care at all about your observation, and why is your observation so terribly important that it warrants a ten-word post every few minutes saying "GUYS GO BACK AND READ WHAT I SAID AND PAY ATTENTION TO MEEEEEEEEE"?

 

Not to mention that your "point" is ludicrously obvious. Of course people are eventually going to leave! This is a forum dedicated to a card game that is marketed primarily toward youngsters, and the forum's userbase is by and large so daft that we even have a phrase - namely, "lolycm" - to describe its stupidity. As people get older, it is only inevitable that they will leave.
