Dissidia: Final Fantasy II (PG-16)(Started)

[Yosuke-kun]

Zolfis flicked his sword lazilly and parried. He tried to follow it up by slashing his back, but Soren blocked it. "He's my opponent. I'm the only one allowed to fight him." he said smiling at Ryeden. He then tried to slash him in the chest, but Zolfis jumped back. "Thats right, show me your fury." said Zolfis "I want to see you lose control." Soren jumped up and clashed swords in the air with Zolfis for a few minutes then fell down, landing on his feet. Zolfis swung his sword, and released a wave of dark energy at Soren.

 

Squall kicked another soldier back and shot him in the stomach. "This is ridiculous!!!" he said slashing a soldier in the chest. He then kicked another in the face and decapitated him. He looked forward and saw Cloud, Saren, and Ryeden moving towards them. "Good, they should make this a little easyer!!" he said breaking the leg of the soldier and putting a bulett in his head.

 

Garland watched over the battle. Looks like this is all Cosmos can do. he thought. He noticed Fuujin and Raijin. They 'aughtta make this interesting. he thought. Then sighing, he said "Its time this fight ends." he said absorbing a ball of shadows into his hand. Then shooting it straight into the air, he created a black glyph. There was a loud roar followed by a claw like hand coming from the glyph. "Come to me!!! Bahamut!!!!" yelled Garland. A large black dragon burst from the glyph and roared.

Saren was quickly tiring. "Too much," he said wearily. "Need...small..rest." He paused to catch his breath while Cloud fought off the soldiers around them. "Are you okay?" he asked. Saren quickly straightened and impaled a soldier attempting to catch Cloud off guard. "Yeah. Don't worry about me. We need to go." As they moved forward he glanced back at Soren. 'Nothing I can do about that now,' he thought. 'We need to push ahead and regroup with the others.'

OOC: Hey, deept, Kio-kun, did you even read my last post? You just screwed up.

 

Fuu and Arc's blades clashed, which was quickly let apart due to Arc jumping away, as Rai almost hit him in the face. "Go to hell, savage beast!" Fuu yelled, impaling his brother in the chest, and removing the blade an instant later to block Arc's assault of blades. "Hahaha! EX Mode! Masamune! Come forth! Bloodfest!!!" Arc screamed in a psychotic tone, slashing at Fuujin. "Go to hell you psycho!" Fuu yelled, stabbing Arc in the chest and twisting his blade, making an immense hole in the chest of his elder brother. "That won't kill me, Fuujin... Curaja!" Arc yelled, smiling a psycho-esque smile. "Raijin shall be dead soon. I must tend to his wounds you fool!" Fuujin yelled. He wants to stop his twin, not kill him. Fuujin was not that heartless. "Go. To. Hell!" Fuujin yelled, pushing his brother away with the side of his blade. "Aaaaah!" Arc was sent flying, about half way across this world. "Live, Raijin, live." Fuu said, replacing damaged organs in Rai with the organs from the dead bodies around him and stitching him, then applying bandages over the stitches. "I'll take you back into your territory. Then your soldiers shall tend to you." Fuujin said, picking his brother up and quickly dashing into Chaos' territory, then dashing back out. "Alright. Time to finish this. Shinryu! Come forth! Vanquish the enemies of Cosmos!" He yelled to the sky. Suddenly, a large dragon flew down, blasting thunder out of it's mouth and swiftly killing majority of the remaining Chaos soldiers (well, aside from his brothers and the soldiers tending to his twin.)

~You OPed a little in the last one, so I altered it a little. Taking out a quarter is a little more reasonable. Is that ok?

 

Soren landed on the ground. Then looking up at Bahamut, he growled. Does it HAVE to be now?! Of all times?! he thought. But there was no time for thinking now. Zolfis smiled. "Are you...scared?" he asked. Soren swung both swords and and leapt towards Zolfis. "Are you sure your not the one thats scared?!?!" Soren yelled defiantly. Zolfis closed his eyes and smiled. "Its...ok to be afraid." he said. Then the two of them clashed swords together and Soren fell back to the ground. "I'm njot scared!" he said "I can beat you!"

 

Squall rolled his eyes and kicked a chaos soldier in the gut. He looked up. "Damnit!!" he swore as he saw Bahamut desend on the Cosmos soldiers. He shot the soldier he was fighting in the gut and ran straight at Bahamut. He jumped up and screamed his battle cry. "EX Mode!!!! Lion Hearted!!!" he yelled as his gunblade shun and changed into Lionheart. He shot of three shots and then slashed Bahamuts arm. I don't have the strength to kill him myself. Squall thought.

 

Garland laughed as Fuujin summoned the dragon that was killing the Chaos soldiers. "Seems like Raijin wasn't tough enough to beat his brother!!!" he said "Now, Bahamut, kill Shinryu!!!!!" he yelled. Bahamut roared and his scales started to turn black. The crest on his back spun and moved in front of his mouth. He seemed to be charging for a powerfull attack.

Side: Chaos

Weapon: Dual Sabre: A long and single metal bar, two isosceles triangle-shaped blades attached to each end. The acid-green mystic glow of the plasma blades are an addition to the deadliness of their cut, as they can pierce through the hardest of materials, diamond is no exception.

Abilities:

Magic: Thundaga (Thunder Spell), Firaga (Fire Spell), Shifta (Attack-Boosting Spell).

Skills: Plasma Drive, Sabre Pierce, Cut Barrier.

EX Mode: His left arm begins to corrupt as the flesh begins to disintegrate, up to a point when only his white bones are visible. His right leg and right side of his ribcage do the same, no internal organs are visible. Dark, misty energy comes flowing out of the void spaces of his now-mutated body, granting him powers gifted from Chaos himself.

Limit Break: Har-Meggido: Unleashes a forbidden spell that was used by Arcane Mages millenniums ago. Consisting in a single point of infinite mass in the caster's hand combined with dark magic, this black hole-like spell cuts, rips and tears part of the souls of anybody that is in range. They are sent to an unknown oblivion afterwards.

Reason for Fighting: His soul is owned by Chaos, as his sole wish for living after an unknown accident was granted by him. He must now fight at his side for the eternity remaining...

"Shinryu! Do not let yourself be defeated by this foolish demon! You are the ultimate god; he who has created both Cosmos, Chaos, and has the power to kill or revive either! Now! Kill this dragon of evil!" Fuujin yelled, right before getting kicked in the face. A large panting could be heard next to where he was just standing. "You can't get rid of me that quickly, dwarf!" Arc snorted at his brother. "Why don't you just give up?! It is a futile pursuit you dumbass!" Fuujin screamed at his elder. "Futile, possibly. Insane, yes. Possible, yes." Arc said, activating his EX Mode, and using Fire Cross. "Bloodfest!" He yelled, grinning insanely. Fuujin glared at his brother, activating his Renzokuken. "Lion Heart!" Fuujin followed suit, screaming. "Go to hell!" They both screamed, flinging blades like there was no tomorrow.

"How interesting..." Shadow coldly spoke to himself, looking the immense fight between the two contrasting forces: Chaos and Cosmos.

He was simply standing on a nearby rocky cliff, the shimmering green edges of the triangular blades distinguishing the weapon he was holding on his left hand: His trusted Dual Sabre. Even when outnumbered, Cosmos' soldiers proved to be virtually superior to Chaos'. Irritating was it, but he had no other choice than to mindlessly help, in one way or another.

A blinding white light on the air immediately caught Shadow's attention, the rotating sword was flying directly towards him, possibly from one of his fellow soldiers who had just pathetically perished in battle. Without even moving, he grabbed the sword while airborne, his reflexes being humanly impossible. Glancing at the battlefield once again, he threw his just acquired weapon to one of his enemies like a silver spear...

 

OoC: Well, it's up to you to decide which will be Shadow's target.

Fuu and Arcs blades separated, as Arc fell to the ground, knocked out. "What?!" Fuujin mindlessly knocked away a blade that was coming at him. "You. Go to hell." Fuujin said, cast Stopga on the figure, then quickly rushing at him, nearly instantly appearing behind him, attempting to impale his leg. "I don't need your pity, weakling!" Raijin yelled at his brother, nearly punching him in the face which was quickly dodged by the swordsman. "It isn't pity. One day I just want to fight you; one on one. That's why I took you back to be healed. Now, go back to your territory and lay down. Your wounds haven't had time to heal." Fuujin said, smiling at his brother. "GO. TO. FU-CKING. HELL!" Raijin yelled, activating his "Duel" ability.

 

"My Final Heaven!" He yelled, launching his fist at his brother. "Aaah!" Fuujin yelled, attempting to block the blow with his blade, but accidentally cut himself in the stomach. "This... Raijin. Is why I will not join you. You get pleasure from doing this to people." Fuujin said, deeply breathing to stay calm. "I don't like this... Okay? I just have an impulse... To kill. I have a reaction to blood, that makes me become psychotic, and release a laugh that could freeze somebody. The only one person; who I do not laugh at the bloodshed of, is you. Because even I, am human." Raijin answered, truthfully. "I trust you, Raijin. Now. Please. Leave Chaos; come to us. Together, we are near-unstoppable. Apart, we just cause destruction wherever we go." Fuu asked his brother, his eyes showing a hope - a hope that his brother was not as sadistic as he had previously thought. "Okay, brother." Raijin said, walking to the Cosmos territory with his twin brother.

Shadow skillfully dodged the spell with a quick jump from left to right, his aerodynamic armor permitting him to move freely in the air. Fuu appeared right behind him, a quick movement with his double-edged weapon made him back off and interfere with his attack.

"Heh, what a laugh." He said, watching Fuu go down again and fight with their brothers.

Arc got up after being unconscious. "Wow, nobody attacked me? Really? Sweet. Now, where are those two brats?" Arc said, looking around, not seeing his brothers. "Those bastards! They ditched me!" He said, walking back to his base.

 

"Shinryu!!! Keep battling!" The twins yelled at the dragon, casting multiple attack spells on the enemy summon. "Graviga! Stopga! Firaga! Waterga! Thundaga! Blizzaga! Aeroga! Come on! Let's go!" They both continued to scream. "I know!" Raijin thought quickly. "Leviathan! Come forth! Assist Shinryu in his battle!" Rai yelled to the sky. More dark clouds appeared, through which came another large dragon, spewing immense amounts of water out his mouth at Bahamut.

Zolfis slammed the sword on Soren's. "You are afraid, of course you would be afraid of this power. Any power like this would cause a man to shake with fear." he said aiming his palm at the Shinryu and Bahamut. "Darkga." he said as a huge sphere of energy charged in front of him. "What are you doing?!" asked Soren. Zolfis smiled. "Showing you, and the world, I exist." he said smiling "I will and the conflict between the two of them by returning them to the Netherworld." the shot fired at the to of them. The sphere exploded right as the two summons were about attack. When the smoke cleared, both were gone. "You see now? Nothing can stop me. The power I control right now, is eternal. So its ok to be scared; its human nature."

 

Squall flipped over one of the soldiers and stabbed him. What just happened? he thought. The summons just vanished?

 

Garland glared at Zolfis. "That bastard!! How the hell did he return them both?!?!?!?!?!" he yelled.

"Shifta!" Shadow yelled, his left hand pointing at the battle down the cliff.

A red, circular wave of energy formed in his palm, just to be launched downward the centre of the battlefield. Quickly expanding when it reached the ground, all Chaos' soldiers were hit by it, their strength notably boosted. Zolfis and Garland were swallowed too, Shadow smirked when the red wave faded.

"Now, let's see how you can handle this." Shadow said aloud, revealing his current position.

Zolfis frowned and kicked Soren in the chin, launching him into the air. "Accept it. You are afraid. There's no reason not to be." he said. Soren recovered and dived at Zolfis both swords aimed at his chest. "I'm not afraid to kill you!!!!" yelled Soren in protest. Zolfis laughed and swung his sword to block, and the two of them slammed their swords together.

"Go die!" Fuujin and Raijin yelled, punching and slashing at Zolfis. Leviathan then realized his demonic opponents were gone, so he changed his target to the one who had just returned them both. Arc rushed in, launching his blade at the being as well. "Hey bros, if anybodies going to kill you two, it's going to be me." He said, smirking.

~He never killed them, he returned them as if they were never summoned. Sorta like sending them back in time.

 

Zolfis blocked the blows and swung his sword saying "Shadow Blade." A cut like beam shot at Fuujin and Raijin. "Are you pople sure you wanna do this?" he said. Soren moved in front of the two brothers. "Stay back!!! HE'S mine!!!" yelled Soren as he charged at Zolfis swinging his swords skillfully. Zolfis parried each blow as if it were nothing though. "Damnit!! Why are you so strong!!!!" Soren yelled. Zolfis laughed. "My strength, is what comes when you fight only to prove your existance. This power, will never be yours." Zolfis said maliciously.

"Well, it seems that he wants us to stay out. Oh well, it's his death." Arc and Rai said peacefully. "I guess so... But, what Zolfis said... I wonder..." Suddenly his head snapped up, his eyes deep with peace. "Brothers; I realize we hate each other, and want to kill each other, but we have to work together. We shall form our own faction. Shinryu; serving the god of gods. He who created, can kill, and can revive Chaos and Cosmos." Fuujin said, looking to his brothers. "I agree." Arc said, sighing knowingly. "Hell, why not!" Raijin yelled psychotically. "We must now go to his domain, to confront him of this occasion." Fuu said calmly, all of the brothers hair blowing in the wind. Together, they focused their Graviga spells to lift them up to the heavens, leading to Shinryu's lair.

Soren skidded back, and slammed into a large rock. "Damnit!! He's to strong!!!" Soren said angrily. Zolfis smiled maliciously again. "Have you not yet figured it out? You don't get it do you? The power that can return Shinryu to his lair? You don't get it at all." olfis said. Soren's eyebrows met. "What the hell do you mean?!?!?! What are you talking about the power to return Shinryu to his lair?!?!?!" Zolfis started to fade though. "I'll let you try and figure that out on your own." he said as he disappeared into darkness.

 

Garland turned and began to walk away. "Hmph! What an unfullfilling battle." he said walking away.

[Reaper of Shadows]

'This is crazy' Saren thought as he continued to cut through soldiers. 'How could he posses that much power? I don't think Soren is going to be able to handle them all.' He deflty jumped over an enemy and lashed out with his staff, decapitating the enemy. 'He'll need help.' He mowed through more enemies and wiped the sweat from his brow. 'I'm exhausted but this battle is more than just about me. I have to do all that I can.' He killed another enemy, beofre heading back to where Soren was fighting.

Soren stabbed the ground in anger. "Damnit!" What the hell did he maen?!?!" he yelled. Then seeing Saren fighting his way towards him, he started to make his way to the group they were originally headed for. That group seemed to be doing the best, though their position was still bad. He rushed forward trying to make it to Saren before it was too late.

"Shinryu!" The brothers yelled in unison. "Well, good afternoon, Brothers of The Moon." The god spoke softly and jokishly. "We, the Moon-kin, would like to ask a large favor of you, o god of gods." Fuujin said to the dragon, attempting to not sound disrespectful. "What is this favor?" "That you allow us to create a faction in this war, in your name." Fuujin said, his eyes burning a deep seriousness. "Hmph. I shall allow this. Those two have gotten quite overconfident." "Thank you, your god-ship." The brothers said in unison, bowing and returning to the battlefield.

Zolfis closed his eyes and leaned against a wall in Shinryu's lair. "God of Gods, huh? So then that title of yours still stands even when their are others higher than yourself?" he said to Shinryu "Yeah. I know of that. But you knew that I know that," he placed his palm on Shinryu's chest and started to absorb energy from him "didn't you?"

 

Garlnd returned to Chaos and knelt down. "My lord. We've won another battle." he said.

OOC: I'm sorry, but really. That was such overpowering. Stealing Shinryu's energy? Shinryu is supposed to be more powerful than either Cosmos or Chaos; as he can revive either of them.

 

"Not quite." The three brothers said in unison, one with his blade at Chaos' throat, one with his blade at Garland's throat, and the other simply standing there, looking awesome. "Now, surrender to us; Shinryu, the neutral force. Or face the consequences." Raijin said, looking to both of his brothers, each with a blade at a villains throat.

~He's gonna be the main villain, so I gotta give him some kinda crazy ass power that makes him nearly invincible.

 

Garland knelt, seeming to ignore the brothers. Chaos simply laughed. "You think a blade will put an end to me? Hah! Foolish brothers!! You know less than I expected!!!!" he yelled in a overconfident voice that would make anyone want to punch him in the face.

Arc and Fuu laughed. "These aren't ordinary blades. Also, Chaos, if I recall correctly, you were defeated by a 'blade' before." Fuu said, trying to anger Chaos. Arc then swiftly moved his sword, trying to cut Garland's head off. Raijin looked at the soldiers of Chaos surrounding them. "What?! If you want to protect your precious leader, then come get me!" He yelled, activating his EX Mode.

OoC: Shinryu is more powerful that Chaos and Cosmos? This actually defeats the main plot, IMO...

 

"I'm afraid Chaos won't be dying today." A mysterious voice said from apparently nowhere, echoing through the room everyone was in, a battle about to be unleashed.

Shadow suddenly appeared, the black traces of materialized darkness swirling around him, just to vanish in thin air after a couple of seconds. He pointed his Dual Saber to the trio, the blue plasma blades illuminating his cold face.

"Shifta!" Shadow yelled, a circular wave of red glowing energy spawning in his palm.

Everyone, including Chaos, was swallowed by the expanding red wave Shadow casted before. Fuu, Arc and Rai seemed unaffected, thought, as Shadow's spell only works with their allies.
