[spoiler=Plot] the year is 20XX, the net society had flourished and now almost everything is connected to the internet. People carry around small devices called PET's that can be used as email, phones, and as a personal planer. Another thing that the PET's have is a AI program called a Net Navigator, or net navi for short. These Net Navi's have many unique and powerful abilities, they are able to travel a world that is called the cyberworld and is in essence the internet that connects everything. Net Navi's are used as friends, assistants, and they are even used to NetBattle. They can fend of viruses and even compete against each other. Now a month after the cybeasts and WWW were defeated for good it would seem that a new threat is emerging. Mysterious attacks happening all over the net by a cult with no name. But then as it has always been the net police are once again an beacon of light against the cult. As the attacks die down a Tournament begins, a tournament to find the one greatest Net Navi of all time.

Style Change: Get to use all elements of all 1 style.

Double Soul/Chaos Unison: 1 standard double soul of your choice and a dark chip form

Double Cross/Beast out: 1 standard double Soul of your choice and a beast out form, and a beast cross.

Style Change/Beast out: i element of one style and a beast out form, and a beast out Style from your style

You can make up a double soul or choose an actual navi to double soul with.

Beast out you have to choose either falzar or greigar

Element: Nutral

Personality: When Megaman.EXE fused with Forte's energy and created the bass cross, Exile.EXE was made. Exile was created from the residual energy when Megaman reverted to normal, this gave him the same appearance as Bass cross megaman. Later when Megaman absorbed the cybeast Exile was effected by this as well. Exile gained the residual energy from cybeast falzar and can use it in beast out form. Exile was created as a remnant of Bass and megaman, but because Bass' will was more powerful Exile was given all of Bass' emotions and memories. Exile barley realizes that he is not bass.

Forms: Style Change/Beast out. Can use Dark Bug Style and Cybeast Falzar.

Appearance:StaicMan, is very buff, with electricity surronding him like a barrier, he crosses his arms alot too

Element:Electric

Personality/background:Ryeden created staicman so he would have a friend, but staticman turned out to be a very strong navi for a navi that was supposed to just talk to him

Style Change/Beast out:Rush attack style, Fang Ferocious and Claw Crush (Fang is a dog and claw is a cat)(Is this ok, plz let me do this, because they're my two pets and they can fuse with my navi just like gregar and falzer)
