Intoduction

Welcome to the C.O.B.P. (Club of Bored People). In this Club we talk about Emoticons, YCM, and other things in general. You may PM or post a Awesome emoticon that either you made or found that i can add to the awesome emoticon spoiler's.

Note 2: If you want to apply for a Emoticon council / Emoticon Head Council seat just say it in your App (Until all seats in the council are full). If all council seats are full you may challenge a council member to a 1 on 1 card contest( only council members can challenge head council and if the council member wins the Head Council member gets kicked down to council member) and whoever wins either keeps their council seat or kicks the other person down to Emoticon Soldier Class A.

 

Note 3: you are allowed to step down from council or Head Council but you have to choose someone from the rank directly below you to take your place.

2. Spammers will be given one warning before they are banned for a week and when they come back there rank will be reset to recruit. If spammers that have been banned for a week, continue spamming it will result in a permanent ban from the club.

3. harsh swears will immediately result in banning for a week(words suck as crap do not apply unless you repeatedly use them). and if they swear when they get back it will result in permanent banning from the club.

4. Inappropriate links, and images will result in permanent Ban immediately from the club...i mean come on people some little kids use this site!

Nice. What do you call it? (ill add it to your splices made)(im in the middle of making one)

 

Splices? That ain't a splice' date=' that's an emote.

 

Well, I call it 'My Simple Blinking Emote'

 

(And yes, I know emotes have hands, but that's my first one and I'll try to do better next time.)

 

And then I was just like 'WTF?!'

ya ima gonna stick with non-moving emoticons until i have time to put in like 50 frames in lolz (that other one was only 6)(another note is i accidentily cropped off the hand lolz)

 

Also I made a wolf/bear/monster/thing (lolz) emoticon because i was bored!

here it is:
