What is the point of a Draw?

It just irritates people.

End of Match Procedure' date=' and a side deck consisting of:

3x Sparks

3x Tremendous Fire

3x Bad Reaction to Simochi

3x Ookazi

3x Hinotama

[/quote']

Wait, are tie breakers duels that consist of like 2k Lifepoints?

Oh, and Im tempted to make a Suicide Samauri deck now :3

Wasn't it something along the lines of "First to take damage loses"?

Guys, ya got it all wrong.

There is no end of match procedure, you just keep playing more and more matches until either someone wins, or time is called. In the event that time is called, the player with the highest life points wins. If the life points are tied, you keep playing until there is a change in life points.

Keep playing until time is called.

Side in 15 burn cards.

Win at life.

It's not that hard. I had a Mill/Stall/Psychic/Anti-heal/Burn deck. It was good.

I have a build which is undeffeated. It is definetley possible to pull off. But it isn't allowed at my locals cause the judge said quite frankly, people are there to have fun, not waist time... so... yeah.

Lol, what I said was true Pika I think you need to get your facts straight.

It says nothing, NOTHING, in the OFFICIAL RULE BOOK about Sudden Deaths, so either they don't want players to know the rules, or THERE IS NO SUDDEN DEATH.

Also, Griffin's strategy is valid. Just keep tieing the game by using a draw engine + self destruct button and wall of revealing light, then when there is like, 2 minutes to go,

1. make the game a draw,

2. side in burn,

3. ????

4. Profit?

Only for individual duels. For actual tournaments there are rules.

It's already been tried before. The format's too fast for it to possibly be considered a good strategy, not to mention you have to consistently open up with what roughly equates to a god hand every single turn.

It's not a YUGIOH rule, it's a TOURNAMENT PROCEDURE rule.
