This card cannot be destroyed by battle, and you take no Battle Damage from battles involving this card. Your opponent cannot choose a "Blackwing" monster as an attack target except this card. Any monster attacking this card has its effect negated until your next turn. When this card is attacked by an opponent's monster, you can Special Summon 1 "Blackwing" monster from your hand, deck, or graveyard with equal or less the ATK of the opponent's attacking monster.

Vayu's effect clearly states that it can't be used for a Synchro while it's face-up on the field, and this card isn't an exception.

 

So, it doesn't work. You also haven't told us the ATK or the DEF. It all relies on being attacked, which a LV10 Synchro that can't be destroyed by battle most likely won't be.

 

I suggest redesigning this card.

Actually you can, when it's Special Summoned with something like Shura/other things that negate effects.

Oh sorry, I assumed that you would NOT do the one thing that only a few select cards can do.

 

Relying on a third Blackwing/card for this card to be summoned only makes it worse anyhow.
