Cursed Heart Birthmark, Marked Rebellion [Advanced] not started/ accepting

[spoiler=Plot] Random people, when born, have a birthmark, impossible to see under any means, until their 14th birthday. On that persons 14th birthday, a mark will appear on their body, in any spot. The mark will be followed by 5 deep dreams, one after another. The dreams consist of demon-like creatures that explain the mark, and show a contract containing your signature written in blood. Each person has unique abilities, depending on where their mark is located. It is up to them to decide what they want to do with their life: either join a group of people just like them to stand against the Rogues, those that by force of the demon's must destroy. To most people the birthmark is a symbol of an unloved spirit. To others it is the Symbol that will grant them their darkest desires. It has been four years since the first group gained their powers, Four years since the Rouge leader Jazeth had destroyed the bond between the Government and the people, he was imprisoned and for a while he seems to have no plan in mind. But now the time of the leap year has gone ahead and reawakened the demons and thus, they will be bringing forth the next group of marked, though they enter in a difficult time, the new organization MDC (Mark Detention Coalition) has begun a campaign against the marked, but with their past endeavors, many groups see them as heroes, and when Jazeth finally escapes, what will happen between the two groups? And what of Jazeth’s final plan?

[spoiler=The Marked] Those that have gone ahead and received the mark from a demon, through talks with their Demon Marks, they learn and understand what their powers are capable of, and whether or not they will use the power for good or evil is known only to them, long ago They were separated into two groups, but The Criminal Jazeth Zavara changed that and seemingly had them all work to his cause, whatever it may be, Whether they are completely loyal to him decided whether they were Alliance or Rouge, but in the end, it didn’t matter to him. Now they live secluded and separated for fear of what they could do together and while some may not know the true agenda, the leader seems to have a plan he won't tell anyone else.

 

[spoiler=The Coalition] After the Great massacre led by Jazeth 4 years ago the DMC was set up to prevent the Marked from getting out of hand, their ideals are simple, to keep the marked in check, or destroy them, being that only a few exists, they believe their job is simple, but upon learning that marked have existed for much longer, they also became hunters, making sure the secret “Marked” cause no trouble, but in order to keep up with their power over the years they designed the “Mark Killer” suits or MK’s which grant them powers like the marked, while they start out more powerful than even a level 3 marked, against the 4th levels they have small chance.

Ability Name:Wings of Annihilation

1st Ability:Can create dark energy wings from his back, they act like a vibrating blade and are made on the basis of Annihilation and can cut and exterminate most things on contact, though he can't fly with them just yet

2nd Ability:His Wings have Expanded and have more Potency than Before allowing him to Fly in the Air for short Periods, he also gains Powerful claws on his arms with the ability of Annihilation like his wings

3rd Ability:He gains a type of helmet shaped like a Dragon's Skull on his head, it indirectly gives him the ability to fire blasts of his annihilation energy at far away targets, he also gains a long tail made of the energy, it has incredible physical and spiritual strength and can stabilize his flight indefinitely, though the longer he uses it, the worse his mental and physical self deteriorates.

Bio: Never a social person, he was a part of a gang when he was only 5, and eventually broke ties with them by the age of ten(namely by beating them all within an inch of their lives) currently he goes to school and is quite feared by the populous, even though he's only 14, even the high schoolers won't mess with him, ever since he gained his abilities he has become more Nihilistic with the exception of his care for his group, During his time as a Rouge he was quite cunning and manipulative, though he never showed it, and after destroying the hierarchy in two countries he was imprisoned for murder and anarchy, through those four years he has been advancing his plan for the Marked, but whatever it will lead to is unknown, some believe he may be a savior from the Government, others believe he is attempting to rule the world with his manipulation.

Bio(Optional): Born by a normal family , but he was kidnapped when he was 8. He was playing outside when 2 Mans with SWAT-like suits kidnaps him. They brings him to a laboratory , where many scientologist does unhuman test on him , trieng new medecins and other things. After 7 painfull years , the scientologiqt tried a new substance on him , Kenji felt then the biggest pain he ever felt before , but the next day he found out he could let his hair grow and make it short and move it when he wants , after that when later 2 scientologist took hem for a new experiment , he moved his hands like he was playing piano , but he was moving his hairs , and after 1 sec both mans fell down in pieces . After a succesfull escape , he is searching his parents now , and can't make friends because of his long isolement.
