Destroy all face-up effect monsters you control. As long as this card remains face-up on your field, you can only Normal or Special Summon Normal monsters. All Normal monsters require 1 less Tribute and are treated as Tuners while face-up on your field.

sure you spelled the name right? Anyway, what good are tuners if you can summon any synchros since they are all effect monsters? If you can fix that glitch then this is a solid card that could revive a long dead subtype. The nillas.

But that is a concern, as Synchro Monsters are not Normal Monsters, and therefore the Tuner part is useless.

And all monsters you have are tuners, so Gattmoz is the only one who's requirements you can fulfil.
