Jack smiled at Shade after she just regained her memories. "You might be right about that. We don't want that to happen again." he stated as he opened a window. He looked out the window and noticed a man climbing through the window next door. "Hey!" he yelled. "You wouldn't happen to be Paradox?" he asked as he noticed the man weilding a staff with an orb on top. "Must be him. He's got a staff just like him"

OoC: Yeah, it's it has a name...I can't remember, but you choose your own future. SHe says she cursed you, and that you'd fall out a window, you would be scared, and sure to fall out a window. I have a set of tarot cards, which are surpirzingly accurate at some points...

 

IC: ALex remained standing. "Nice to see you do have memory back." He said. Something tugged at the back of his mind, but he couldn't lay a finger on it. "ANyway, if my services aren't needed?" He asked, moving as if to leave.

IC: Shade looked again at him "I asked you to sit down and have a chat with me" She smiles, happy to have some people around her. But than Jack stood up and watched out of the window. "Maybe if those mudmans are comming back...?" Jack yelled something, wich draws Shades attention. "Whats up...?" She stands up, all the mudmans on her back fall down and broke into pieces. "Oh sorry..." she whispers, than she took a look out of the window. "Wait... thats Paradox, isnt he? What was it about him? I just cant get it, even if its on the tip of my tounge...!"

"Paradox is known for his cast life span." Jack started. "Akiza and I thought we could use him to help out with Xiro's problem. As of now, he's neutral, but we want him to help us here in Twilight." Jack peeked out the window again and noticed Paradox wasn't listening. He pushed a weak current of wind to make him notice the wind manipulator to let him in. "Alex, put the pencils down. One of them is actually a snake."

OoC: what am i the only chaos guy guess that means im going to have to make 9-11 seem like nothing this will be fun

IC: Chase walked up the street to the hospital laughing insanely as he swung his scythe annialating the buildings lower levels and then the hospital fell destroying 5 skyscrapers as a domino effect "just you wait when im done this city will just be a big crater." Chases scythe vanished and his laughing stopped he then ran until he was 3 miles away from the hospital and in a nearby electronics store he sees a video of the hospital falling on the news on a tv in the window "let that be a warning."

Brandon thought Paradox couldn't hear him and was about to quit, until he noticed in the city more than five buioldings collasping. "Oh man. There wasn't any demolition scheduled today. It must be Chaos' work. But our cease-fire. No" He got his head out of the window and looked at Shade and Alex. "Alex, I want you to stay here and try to get Paradox over here. Shade, I know you just got your memories back and you're happy for it, but we have to get to the center of the city. Chaos may be to their destructive selves again." he stated as he he noticed two mudmen carrying his sword and machine gun. "They..went into my room?"

OoC: Sorry about that. I was out for dinner. At least now I'm being noticed!

IC: Paradox eventually made his way to the window and jumped through, landing rather gracefully.

 

"Greeting my friends! Excuse my entrance, no one answered the door. I had a feeling I was being ignored..." Paradox greeted, taking a bow. Taking a quick look around, he noticed a lot of mud on the floor, some on his mirrored boots.

 

"Hmm...It seems that a clean is in order..." he said, summoning his three orbs. They floated into a broom, a dustpan and a mop and began to clean up.

 

"Oh, yes, about the reason for my visit..." Paradox said, turning to Akiza, "I will be happy to help Xiro with her arm, but I will require a payment."

It had been a very weird time for Yusei, one second he was threatening the ice princess, the next he was awaking in a pile of scrap metal."crap.....what the hell happened....god damn Klavier must have done something...how long have I been out dammit?" he looks around and sees that his swords were also thrown around there."oh hell no....whoever did this is getting their @ss whooped!" he angrily left the place to get rid of his pent up anger.

Jack noticed the other and then outside. He noticed Xiro and Akiza in a fight. Possibly to control her arm. "Hey guys!" he yelled to them. "We have good news and bad news. The good news is that Paradox is here to help Xiro. The bad news, Chaos broke our cease-fire and destroyed over 5 buildings in the buisiness district." he got his sword and machine gun from his room. He thought about if he should acrtually bring the gun and if he was actually gonna use it. He decided to bring it so he could try to find out what he need to practice on.

Shade watched jack, as he come back with a huge MG. "Huh? Be carefull with that!" She jumped back when she saw the riffle. "You think this would stop him...?" She walked back to him. "I dont think a guy who is able to cut down 5 buildings care about that... But who is that guy? I dont know him..."

She shook her head once more. "I like to join you, maybe i remember him too if i see him. And i think you would need help with him"

"Considering our chances of it being a high ranking officer, Shade, I may need to bring it." Jack stated as he noticed her. "Okay. You can tag along. Just bring everything you may need to stop him. The reports say the cuts looked like they were from a scythe surprisingly." he got a small bag full of magazines for the machine gun and put it on his back. "If its who I think it is, we may need all the help we could possibly get." he pushed a button on the wall. The alarm was for any attack on the city from Chaos FAction. He set it for 10 minutes and walked to Shade. "If your ready now. Lets go."

Paradox looked on as Shade and Jack got reports of buildings getting cut down by a man with a scythe.

"A scythe eh? A scythe that can reap buildings? That must be a holder of a piece of Heaven!" Paradox exclaimed. He looked at Jack.

 

"I will come with you, just don't destroy the scythe. It is a whole lot cleaner for me to bring home a scythe that a body part," Paradox offered while at the same time recalling his orbs, which returned to his staff.

"Wait..." Shade opens a cupboard and took out some dolls and strange looking pieces of paper. She also took a strange green potion. "I really hope i wont need that, but for worst case...?" Than she looked back at Jack, who reloads his gun. "And what about Paradox? Shall we leave him here?" Shina also took another belt, where some needles and things like that are mounted. "Ready!" She smiled.

Looks like she dont really get the seriousness of the situation, but thats typically for her.

Jack looked at Shade and gave her a nod. He looked at Paradox. "It might be. We'll let you come along. If you can help us out with the threat, I'll give you his scythe when we defeat him." he got up and walked out the door. "We've got less than nine minutes until the alarm goes off. I suggest we go to the city as soon as possible." He went down the stairs and exited the HQ. "I knew something was up with Klavier. He must've planned this all along."

Jack ran to the buisiness district of the city. He noticed that the area was surrounded with caution tape, because of the fallen buildings. He ran through the allyways and made it to the fallen buildings. The buldsing fell on top of each other like dominos, but the streets were cleared. Smoke still surrounded the area and he coughed as it got to his lungs. He looked around. "He may still be here. But where?" he said to himself.
