Now with that guy gone, I'll explain the plot.

 

Uhhh...Some creapazoid swapped normal start pokeballs with Pokeballs which contain any Pokemon actually (Including legendaries). Now because of this, chaos is everywhere. Why, a trainer may even get Arceus as his or her first Pokemon and'll blow up the world with it.

 

Holy geez, I don't get the plot myself.
