overpowered and grammar problems. 6/10

um its Pyro-Type Monsters, and you need to end your sentences with periods (.)

also Life Points Special Summon, Normal Summon, Deck, Graveyard, all need to be capitalized..

6/10 i think you should really listen to what other people have to say =/

meh. overpowered, and your random joker effect doesnt say what happens to the card if you guess wrong. also thre are grammar issues. 6/10

Well,correct your grammar a bit..

and capitalise some words,like Bloodrun mentioned.

Your first monster is OK,but needs a couple of tweaks(in effect modifiying,grammar).

I'll specificially separate Your "Monster Trough Birth" Spell Card.It is really overpowered.

I'm giving them only 6.01/10!

I'm not very pleased with a balance of power and effects of your monsters.

I cannot say anything determined about balance of Your Random Joker,because I assume it's unfinished.I'll dare to oppose my previous sentence^^ and tell you that this card is a bit overpowered.But its effect is undefined.I'm sure if you add some "repairs" to your cards,they might be astonishing.
