This card can only be activated when a Spell, Trap or Monster effect, targets 1 of your monsters. Negate and destroy the card, and inflict 500 points of damage to both player's Life Points.

a lot of ppl use this card, but if your card was real, then it would replace this because no one wants to pay HALF of their Lifepoints to negate 1 card

 

but it does negate summons

you wouldnthave to pay half your life points, so people would use your card more =)
