Dark
Not all the details have fully been anounced. But knowing Nintendo, they probably have something to throw this over the top.
TAG
Regardless of what people think of it, it's still selling, and still making the PSP Go looks friggin' stupid.

Scyire
It's a better move than the Game Boy Micro, but still stupid.
Flame Dragon
So long as it costs about the same as the i it doesn't matter. Really the only thing I don't get is why they're doing it less then a year after the i came out.
Launcelot335
i dont mind the idea... i mean, the ds is built for functionality not for streamlining - so making it bigger (providing they put a better graphic's engine and a longer lasting battery) is a good idea. Unless you count the fountain-pen-sized stylus.
Kiyo
Well, it does make things more accurate, though it makes the screen look more pixelated. At least it has bigger speakers ^_^

Really the only thing I don't get is why they're doing it less then a year after the i came out. actually A DSi XL costs 20,000 yen, Roughly $231. I see no point for a oversized DSi anyway. Stupid idea IMO.

Or for people that are tired of having problems playing due to other people looking over your shoulder.

One of the reasons I like my DSi is it's portability, I don't need anything about the same size of a brick.

It is higher than the original DSi, but I'm not sure by how much.2) Apparently, it also has a higher battery than the DSi. I guess that sorta counts for something. Zeroshot
I just got my DSi >.>It would have been nice if they waited a little longer before releasing it (actually it depends on the USA release date, which I do not know at this point.) Phantom Roxas
The DSi XL will cost at least 50 more dollars than the DSi. The DSi XL is expected to be released sometime during the first quarter of US, meaning that we may see it by March.
GraveHorizon
Is the resolution better? Or does it just make the game screen bigger? Because that would be retarded. It seems like they're marketing this towards older people who can't see as well (older as in 30+). Wouldn't older games look worse on this? If the resolution is higher, will they make games with it in mind? If so, will they be playable on previous iterations of the system? Will they look crappier? Will someone die if struck in the head with this brick of a "portable" device? There are so many questions.
