There is actually no point discussing anything if the leaders have final word and can say stuff like '' oh i have many start bla bla i think my stuff is best and i choose non of the stuff you guys suggested oh well more luck next time'' and then we may drop out without actually being involved with anything. And by what criteria did you choose the leaders anyway ?
