So, the first card isn't that good because it doesn't stop mill and it has to be set first unless you want a 0 atk monster in atk mode, and the second card, Banisher of the Radiance already fits the job all too well. ;)

Hmmm...There are a few key differences that I made sure to add:

 

~They're both DARK

~Both Warrior/Level 4

~Both 1500 ATK or less, so searchable by Tomato/Sangan

These gives the cards splashibility to a certain extent. They also put the kibosh on Prisma as a side bonus.

 

As for the second, the reason one would run this over Banisher (aside from its searchability) is simply because it doesn't kill your Graveyard along with your opponent's.

 

But I see what you mean, and will thus modify them to be more "worth it". Not quite sure what to do about Rigger though...
