This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 5 face-up "Haos" monsters you control. When this card is Special Summoned decrease your Life Points by 2000. When this card declares an attack your opponent cannot activate Spell or Trap Cards. When this card destroys a monster by battle, decrease your opponents life points by 500. When this card is destroyed, remove it from play. When this card is removed from play, you can select 5 level 4 or lower "Haos" monster in your Deck. Special Summon them to your field. By decreasing your Life Points by 3000 and by removing from play 5 face-up "Haos" monsters you control, you can add this card to your hand. If this card is in you Graveyard, decrease your Life Points by 2000.

Effect

This card cannot be Summoned from your Deck or Graveyard. This card can only be Summoned from your hand during your opponent's Battle Phase by removing from play 1 Fairy-Type monster which has been selected as an attack target. When this card is Summoned place 2 Angel Counters on it (max. 8 ). Once per turn if you control a Gemini monster, you can Tribute it to place 2 Angel Counters on this card. If your opponent controls a Spell Card, you can destroy it. You lose 500 Life Points at the end of the turn. Once per turn, if your opponent activates a Trap Card, place 1 Angel Counter on this card. If you summon a Gemini monster this card gains 700 ATK until the end Phase of the Turn and can attack 2 times until the End Phase of your turn. Once per turn you can Remove 1 Angel Counter from this card to have this card gain 200 ATK. If this card would be destroyed you can Remove 4 Angel Counters from this card from preventing this card from being destroyed. If a Monster is sent to the Graveyard, you can remove 1 Angel Counter from this card to Draw 1 Card. If its a Monster Card, this card gains 400 ATK and DEF until your opponent activates a Trap Card. If its a Spell Card, Special Summon a Gemini Fairy-Type monster from your deck. Your opponent draws a card at the end of the turn. If its a Trap Card, remove all Angel Counters from this card. For each Counter removed your opponent loses 300 life Points.

I give it an 8.5/10

 

Could use work on shortening it down. Try to keep it from going that long. The only reason i made an effect that long before was to experiment with it. I fear it is now a good idea anymore D:

 

Level should come soon. Be expecting it.

This card is not treated as a FIRE monster while it is face-up on the field. During your opponent's Battle Phase, select 1 Monster Card your opponent controls and increase its Level by 2. During your End Phase, if this card did not attack during your Battle Phase, inflict 500 damage to your opponent.
