The ICML is a group of Great Card Makers who try to go further with Card Making. Here we can duel with YVD, Create Cards and Decks and hold sucessful contests.

When this card is Normal Summoned add 1 "Elemental" monster to your hand. Once per turn place 1 Elemental Counter on this card. If this card is removed from the field, you can discard 1 "Elemental" monster from your hand to negate the attack.

When this card is Flip Summoned return 1 "Elemental" monster to the owners hand. Once per turn, you can discard 1 Spell or Trap card from your hand to destroy 1 Spell or Trap card on the field. If this monster is destroyed as a result of battle, reduce all battle damage to 0 until the End-Phase. You can only control 1 "Flame Elemental" at a time.

Once per turn discard 1 Machine- Type to return 1 Spell or Trap Card to the owners hand. Once per duel if this card is removed from play, add this card to your hand instead. On the Stanby Phase you card Tribute this card to Special Summon "Mecha Force II- Psychic Gunner" from your hand.

Once per duel this cards original ATK is treated as 4000, until the End Phase. At the 2nd Stanby Phase this card was Normal Summon, Flip Summoned, or Special Summoned you can Tribute this card to Special Summon 1 "Mecha Force III- Colossal" from your hand.

Effect

This card cannot be Summoned from your Deck or Graveyard. This card can only be Summoned from your Hand during your opponent's Battle Phase by removing from play 1 Fairy-Type monster that has been selected as an attack target. When this card is Summoned place 2 Angel Counters on it (max. 8 ). Once per turn if you control a Gemini monster, you can Tribute it to place 2 Angel Counters on this card and destroy all Spell Cards on your opponents side of the field. You lose 500 Life Points at the end of this turn. Once per turn, if your opponent activates a Trap Card, place 1 Angel Counter on this card. If you Summon a Gemini monster this card gains 700 ATK until the End Phase of the turn and can attack twice until the End Phase of your turn. Once per turn, you can remove 1 Angel Counter from this card to have this card gain 200 ATK. If this card would be destroyed you can remove 4 Angel Counters from this card from preventing this card from being destroyed. If a Monster is sent to the Graveyard, you can remove 1 Angel Counter from this card to draw 1 Card. If its a Monster Card, this card gains 400 ATK and DEF until your opponent activates a Trap Card. If its a Spell Card, Special Summon a Gemini Fairy-Type monster from your Deck. Your opponent draws a card at the End Phase. If its a Trap Card, remove all Angel Counters from this card. For each Counter removed your opponent loses 300 life Points.

This card cannot be Summoned except by it's own effect. If your opponent Special Summons a Level 5 or higher monster, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. If your opponent controls 1 monsters, you can remove this card from play to halve the monster's ATK and double the monsters DEF until the End Phase of this turn. If this card was removed from play by its own effect, you can Tribute 2 monsters with 2000 ATK or more to Special Summon this card to your opponent's side of the field. At the End Phase of that turn, Summon this monster to your side of the field. If your opponent activates a Spell Card which destroys a monster, you can send a Spell Card from your Deck to your Graveyard. AfteThis card cannot be Summoned except by it's own effect. If your opponent Special Summons a Level 5 or higher monster, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. If your opponent controls 1 monsters, you can remove this card from play to halve the monster's ATK and double the monsters DEF until the End Phase of this turn. [spoiler=effect!!] This card can only be Summoned while you control a face-up Fiend-Type monster on the field. When this card is Summoned, place 1 Soul Counter on this card (max. 3). This card gains 200 ATK for each Soul Counter on it. Each time this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle, place 1 Soul Counter on this card. Once per turn, you can remove any number of Soul Counters from the field to have all face-up Fiend-Type monsters you control (except this card) gain 100 ATK for each Soul Counter removed until the end of the turn. One time only, you can remove 3 Soul Counters from this card to Special Summon 1 Fiend-Type monster from your Graveyard in face-up Attack Position. If this effect is activated, destroy all cards on the field at the end of the turn.

When this card is Summoned, destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card on your field. For each face-up Spell or Trap Card on your opponent's field, this card gains 400 ATK and 200 DEF. Each time this card activates an effect or attacks a monster, place 1 EnergySphere Counter on this card (max 5). When there are 5 EnergySphere Counters on this card, you can discard them to Special Summon 1 Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck with 2600 ATK or less.

If you successfully Synchro Summon this card, increase your Life Points by 1200 points. As long as you control this face-up card, increase the ATK of all other LIGHT monsters on the field by 500 points. This card is unaffected by Spell, Trap or Effect Monster cards.

Once, when this card would be destroyed by battle, it is not. Each time this card attacks or is attacked, you can Special Summon as many "Gunslinger Tokens" (Warrior-Type/WIND/Level 3/ATK 500/DEF 500) as possible in face-up DEF position. These tokens cannot be used for a Tribute Summon or Set. You can Tribute 1 "Gunslinger Tokens" to Increase this cards ATK by 500. When this card would be destroyed by battle, you can Tribute 1 "Gunslinger Token" instead.
