Red gasped when she saw Fang torched and growled loudly, mentally reverting back to the time where she had been alone, pinned by a dragon and brutally saveaged. She let her rage fuel her assault as she leapt forward with her jaws, savagely biting down on its tailbone and snapping the appendage clean off with a resounding snap. The Dragon howled in absolute pain as it whirled with a vengance on the female Werepire, only to strike short. Red quickly took advantage, slashing beneath its arms at the vulnerable stomach, hissing with satisfaction when her claws broke ribcage, sadly not on the heart side.

Fang feels a reverberating in the rock. He turns his head, and his eyes pick out another dragon. He growls, but it is barely audible. He again tries to stand up. This time, he manages it, but as soon as he does, he falls back down. He grunts in pain as the burns contact the ground forcefully. He had to warn the werepyres. He sucked in a breath. Then he winced, and let out a loud warning howl. Again in his peripheral vision, he sees Red fighting the other dragon. Somehow, he manages to struggle to his feet. He gathers all the energy he has left, and leaps at the dragon's throat. He bites down, and feels his fangs puncture what he hopes is the jugular vein. He rips his head back, tearing a chunk of meat with him. As he lands, he falls back down, dropping the chunk of dragon throat.

Without flinching, Marcus shoots the journal. Leaving a rather large hole in it. "Get the funk back." He ordered, a lot calmer now. He heard a flurry of wings, several growls, and a roar. He turned once more, his eyes now adjusted to the dark. He spotted two wolf like figures, one in deep pain beside a large rock. Another near a... "DRAGON?!" If he was scared before, this must of been an entirely new feeling. He was tempted to just drop his gun and run, but something kept him there. As if he was staring into the face of the gorgon Medusa.

"A...a pacifist?" Fang was confused. As he lay there, his wounds festering, he thought. He never thought they could be pacifists. He thought they were monsters, savages, beasts. He thought they only wanted to kill, and to rule the world. Meeting a "pacifist" confused him. "Who...are you?" he forces out.

Red fended off another one of the dragon's attacks, lept to the side, and attacked it on the neck again, this time grabbing it in her jaws. she tore away, feeling vein tear and the wound spurt blood. She spat the meat out, giving a bloody grin. That time, she HAD gotten the artery. Victory was sweet.

She blinked as she realized she had blood in her mouth, and quickly hacked it out, shaking her head a little at warfang's warning. She glanced around for Fang, and felt her heart sink when she noticed one downed dragon, its throat torn out next to him, and a third dragon, perfectly healthy, leering over him. She howled thunderously, beating her wings behind her in order to felicitate a passive pounce at the new dragon, aiming to kill it before it landed the decisive blow on Fang.

"No," Fang struggled to say to Red. As he said it, he felt something warm in his mouth. His blood? No, he knew his blood, this was different. It must be the dragon's blood. With a rush, he remembers Warfang's warning: "Don't drink dragon blood." No matter. "No," he says this time louder. "He says he's a pacifist. But I don't know if we should trust him or not. Where..." he sucked in a huge breath, "where's Warfang? I haven't seen him for a while. I think...I think I got dragon blood in my mouth." Fang tried to cough, but it came out a wheeze. He gulped in breath, and tried again. He did cough, and blood came up, but when he sniffed it, he was dismayed to learn that only a trace of dragon blood scent remained. The rest was his.

"If..." he gasped for breath, "if you think I can help you, in any way, then you're wrong." Fang looked at the dragon head rearing above him. The eyes were kind, caring. He was slightly shocked. This was not what he expected dragon eyes to look like. He thought they would be more...animal. Fang gasped for breath again, the smoldering skin burning at the movement. He tried to stand, and succeeded, but only by leaning on the wall. "Red?" he called. He saw her. "Are you okay?"

Red growled at the dragon, but slowed down when he heard both of them speak. She paused, glaring at the dragon. She gave a grunt in disbelief. "A pacifist dragon? No such thing. We just slaughtered his kin here in their sleep. He has no reason to be a pacifist. Not to mention Dragons are physically incapable of that."

She knelt down to examine Fang's wounds, looking him over in scrutinizing detail. It was pretty bad. His entire body was singed, and several parts looked fairly burnt. He looked like he broke at least two ribs. The blood he was coughing up was primarily his. She shook her head. "I'm fine, but you need help. Immediately." she said briskly. "You have more things to be worrying about than a little dragon blood."

He hears Red. "I'm sure I'll be fine; I just need a little rest." He was fairly surprised that Red was showing so much worry and concern. He thought she was still hostile from him calling her "dragon." "And how do you know that dragon blood is not the worst thing that is happening to me? We have no idea what it will do. And, I swear that this dragon will not harm us. I am pretty sure that he just asked me for help." Then Fang saw the look of concern in the dragon's eyes. He is still surprised that they are not wild and animal. But he also laughs at the concern. "Don't worry," he wheezes out, "I'm a werewolf. We're tough, resilient creatures." He continued leaning on the cave wall. He looks and sees the dead dragon. "Don't you care that we killed others of your kind? I mean, personally, I would be furious."

Red shrugged. "Sure, we don't know exactly what Dragon blood will do. But as you yourself said, you're a werewolf. I've yet to find a type of blood that hurts werewolves, and I'm skeptical of finding one now. Besides, I took a mouthfull too and I'm fine." she glanced up at the dragon, and scrutinized him. Her eyes did not soften. "I won't kill him if you tell me not to, Fang. But if he makes one threatening movement towards either of us, I swear, I will tear out his eyes and eat them." She glanced down at Fang again. "Well, at the very least, we need to clean and bandage your wounds. And your chest. I think I may have broken something when I landed into you before."

"Really?" Fang asks. In truth, now that he thought about it, he did feel a terrible pain in his chest. He winced, and looked at Red. "I didn't even notice." He laughs, then yelps in agony at the pain it causes him. "Please, don't kill him. Not if he doesn't attack us. If he does, I'll help you to eat those eyes. I've always been curious what dragon eyes taste like." Finally, he resigns himself. "Alright, you can clean my wounds, and bandage me."

Guest Merciful Idiot

OoC: I take a shower and suddenly fall asleep in the middle of it. I dry myself and get dressed and all this happened? By the way, did someone drink dragon blood? And is the dragon dead?

Ic:

WarFang woke up after being knocked unconscious by a dragon. He then noticed humans around. "How foolish of me. To be knocked out unexpectedly by a fireball. Anyway, are any of you OK?"
