My First RP!

 

Story

Story

Centuries ago, there was a great ruler you controlled the land. Beneath him were his two lords, the noble left hand Haru Seto and the Gallant right Kaiba Nishi. The lords wore a circlet with a pearl to increase their power. The Lords commanded five kings, each wielding a ring with a gem; ruby, emerald, sapphire, amethyst and Onyx.

 

The source Ruler’s amazing power was his millennium star. Legend has it that processing this star will provide unimaginable power. As the Ruler approached death, he became aware of the growing arguments between the lords as to who should posses the star after the Ruler’s death. Know of this, he hid the star in a secret vault deep beneath the city before dying, enchanting it to open at a preset date.. After his death, the two lords split in search of the star.

 

Now, over five hundred years later, the vault is ready to open. The two lord’s descendants, now a two leading semi-legitimate organizations, have rekindled the war as the time for the opening draws near. But there is a problem. To open, the vault needs all ten rings, and the twenty-two keys of Janus, ancient artifacts that are hidden in different places in the city. What that means is the two groups of kings and their companions either have to work together, or defeat their rival kings and claim the rings and keys as a prize.

 

[spoiler=[b]Plot[/b]]

The current two lords, Akane Seto and Hank Nishi, have assembled their five kings/queens as well as the princes/princesses. They are ready to wage the war for the artifacts to claim the star. You are either one of the ten kings (or queens) or a prince (or princess). The kings are wielders of the rings while the princes are the next in line. Fight to find claim the keys as they appear as well as to defend your ring.

 

 

 

[spoiler=[b]Facts[/b]]

The setting is a big city with a mix of medieval and futuristic technology. There are cars, carriages, cell phones, computers, scrolls and heralds.

Houses

Seto house- The left hand. A corporate empire that mainly operates in the fields of research and science. Controls the eastern portion of the city. Lead by the young and single Akane Seto (she's only 29), the Seto house's primary public face is Seto Industries. She, like all the lords before her, wants the power of the Star to propel humanity to a new age of development. So what if a few hands get dirty?

 

Nishi house- The right hand. Mainly uses accounting and marketing firms. Controls the western city. Know as Nishi Enterprises, the sober and serious Hank Nishi leads this house forward. With it's firm hold on several business companies and even it's shadowy control of a few small countries, the Niishi house seems a bit less benevolent than their rivals. But what ia the goal of it's intimidating leader? Who knows? But it couldn't be world domination, now could it?

 

Rank:

Kings and Queens- The weilders of the rings. Skilled in magical and/or physical combat. Entrusted with this rank, it comes with both the prestige and the competitive risk.

Princes and Princess- The next in line for the rank of kings and queens, just in cause something happens to the current holders.

 

Aside from being kings or princes, you are also classified as one or two of the following:

Seeker- one who hunts for the keys/rings

Keeper- one who is assigned a key and/or ring

Protector- one who defends the keeper and key

Fixer- one skilled in restoration magic. repairs damage done by battles. Full fledged fixers are generally unaligned.

To clear thing up, magic is allowed. I know I didn't really say it. And neither house is good or bad. They just have their own goals. Evil people can be in either one.

And I jnoe the question's gonna come so let me say it now, you can have as many characters as you can actively manage (that maybe around three.)

It then creates a dividing line through the "box" as Mitsuki commands. Faster particles accumulate on one side, while slower ones accumulate on the other.
