Infinitus
Kent continued to walk the path until he came to a very large city, with a very large center building. It was filled with concrete walkways and shops. It was quite busy, and apparently this is where he was supposed to be. He could tell from the crowds of people gathered around the largest building. Someone apparently dismissed them, so he continued towards that building. That must be the palace where the warriors are gathering, he thought. He walked over, and it was quite a majestic building. He wondered if he should go inside, or simply wait outside. He figured that other warriors would know what how this works, so he figured he'd wait for them to come. He sat down, his back leaning against the wall of the palace, and waited.
Naimo
Suddenly the ground in Rystelle trembled under the wake of the approaching colony of Thyrakks. Heads turned and screams followed as the crowd parted to let Uugrokk and her colony through. It was rare for a Thyrakk to walk into human territory; customs meant they normally kept to themselves. Today, however, Uugrokk had a reason to be within human grounds. She raised a hand and her colony submissively stopped. They had no idea where the palace was. Seeing Lucia was closest, Uugrokk approached her. "Human, we wish no harm," she declared, speaking English. "Where is the palace of your King?" Andx
Anyone else would've been frightened out of their mind at the sight of the Thyrakk. However Lucia never really lost her calm. She simple smiled and replied."You must be coming to fight the dragons. You're in luck, the palace is right over there." she said motioning off in the direction of the large decorated building."I was just heading there myself, if you'd like I could get you there in a flash. It's not that far as it is, maybe half a mile at most." she said. Whether or not the colony was willing to follow her Lucia was going to the palace. Though seeing the group of warriors ready to cooperate she was suddenly more confident that the dragons could be defeated. Anyone would feel the same in the presence of the Thyrakk. fenrir
Seeing Nani was following him, Aeron grunted to himself, before continuing walking. Making sure the creature was still following him, he opened his mouth to say something. As the hoard of Thyrakks stumbled into the square, he let out a sigh of annoyance. Orks were trouble, whether they meant trouble or not. That being said, they apparently disliked demons. Something he was related to. Naturally, he disliked them, as they naturally disliked him. "Great, orks." He turned to Nani. "Can you understand me?" He asked rather bluntly, continuing to walk towards the palace.
Naimo
Uugrokk turned her nose on Lucia's offer, but so brief it was a blink-and-you'll-miss-it moment. "No thank you, we can easily reach there ourselves." She waved her hand at the waiting colony and in several easy running strides Uugrokk reached the palace first, her colony closely following. She waited for Lucia; while she did, she pondered how to get through the doorway; it was far too small for them.
Infinitus
Kent then thought for a minute, and realized that this wasn't the place. He stood up quickly and angrily, and scanned his eyes across his map. He had held it upside down. His eyes were filled with frustration, because now he had to return back, go to the palace, and hopefully be there in time. He simply paced around angrily, without realizing he'd better start getting over there. Then, it hit him, and he started darting away from wherever he was. Dust filled his wake like a motorboat flying across water, and he ran all the way back to the city. He sat down for a minute to catch his breath from his sprint, and stood back up. He realized that the palace was, in fact, in the city. He began walking to the palace, in a slow, sluggish pace.
Andx
Lucia went off towards the palace. The Thyrakk had clearly not needed her help getting there. When she walked up to the palace it appeared they had been there for a few minutes. She then looked at their dilemma; the door to the palace wasn't exactly built for creatures of their size. She walked up to the leader."I'll go bring whoever was to inform us on our mission out here. I don't think it will be too easy to get your group inside." Lucia said. She walked up to the amazing building's door. She used the large knocker and waited for someone in the palace to respond.
Master Red
He stared at Aeron and then turned to look at the Thyrakks that had stumbled into town. "Why wouldn't I understand you?" he said, his words echoing slightly. He never took his eyes off the Thyrakks, these brute creatures intrigued him as well as making him feel uncomfortable. He knew he was not planning to get in their way, as they would surely walk right over him.. making him an Espiritii pancake.
Naimo
Uugrokk turned to her colony and they spoke in Sak'hra. Then Uugrokk, looking grim, turned back to Lucia. "Only I shall enter," she informed the Mystika. "We have decided it is best if only one comes in. My colony will stand outside. We have enough Uukgraggs to keep our Groggoks in control." Andx
Lucia smiled and turned back to the door."Of course. And I suppose we could always break the door in if we really have to." Lucia said. The palace certainly knew how to keep someone waiting. She knocked again; not impatiently, but she did expect a certain courtesy to be paid to a knock on the door, even if the door was to the palace. Lucia did feel truly dwarfed by standind next to the Thyrakk leader. Lucia wasn't exactly the tallest human but even most men would feel like nothing before this leader. Lucia called out to whoever might be listening in the palace."Excuse me! We're here about the gathering to fight the dragons! Is anyone there!" Infinitus
Kent was still sluggily dragging his feet to the palace. He didn't feel like running after about a half a mile sprint. He didn't know exactly how he mustered the energy to do that. He supposed his years of battle training came into play, then. His shoes went click, clack, click, clack as they dragged across the hard, concrete walkways. He then saw a large group ahead, and for a few of them, large really was the key word. Apparently, others had already arrived. He walked a little faster now, since the thought of finally arriving had given him some energy. He made it to the palace, not feeling like socializing with anyone, really. He simply sit down, his back leaning against the wall of the palace. Master Red
Nani tugged a little in Aerons pants and then started to walk towards the palace, making his way through the small army of Thyrakks, very cautiusly of course. He looked up at the Mystika and sighed a little as she seemed to be unable to open a door. He touched the door, a slight clich being heard. "There we are" he muttered and gave the door a slight push, thus opening it.
Naimo
Uugrokk waited for everyone else to enter first, before she attempted to get through. It was a tight fight but she managed. The spaciousness of the palace halls helped; as she straightened up back to her normal height, she saw the pale faced guards and workers hurrying past them. Uugrokk ignored them and was about to make her way in when she realised she didn't know the way. She turned to the humans who had gathered. "Where is the King's chamber?" she asked, just as Estanlya quietly slipped in through the doorway.
Infinitus
Apparently Kent was completely unnoticed, which was his job for most of his life. He noticed everyone go in, and he got up and snuck right in with them. He followed right behind the pack, wondering if anyone did notice him. He saw the guards pale faces at the sight of the giant that entered through behind everyone else, and he couldn't blame them. He took the hood off his cloak, considering it would be rude to have it indoors. He wondered where the king was, or if we were expected to head to his chambers. Master Red
Nani had walked off a little and had then turned around completely to stare at the Thyrakk. This creature facinated him, he would have guessed that they were stupid but he was starting to doubt that. Their unusual height seemed to be troublesome when it came to getting inside these palace things though, he pondered as he then sat down and looked around. He knew there was a word for places like this.. Extravagant, was it?
Naimo
"That is a question I myself would like to ask," Estanlya said from the back of the group. She saw some of the male guards looking at her, and she walked over to them. She didn't need to use her Charmer practices; her charisma was alluring enough. "Excuse me, where is the King's chamber?" When she got her answer, she turned to the group and began to lead them. Shrugging, Uugrokk just followed. (OOC: btw Uugrokk isnt terribly tall, she's about 8 feet)
Master Red
OOC: cm's or I don't get it ^^' The woman just having approached the guards certainly seemed to have a way with men.. at least these men. He guessed that she was what you would call attractive, he didn't agree though, as an Espirituu he had no interest in the 'lusts of the flesh' a book would be more appealing to him.. if he could only learn to read that was. He got up and started to follow the woman though, not wanting to get left behind. He turned around after a short while looking at the man seemingly wanting to be invisible. "You coming?" he asked, his voice echoing even more in the vastness of the palace.

Infinitus
Kent continued to sneak by through the back of the pack, and followed the group led by the elf. Something about her was.....he pushed the thought away. He realized she was a charmer, and she naturally had that effect on people. He ignored it, and before long, the idea went away. He wondered if he was supposed to be here, a former assassin. He didn't have much of a reputation, so the problem wasn't that people knew who he was, so perhaps the problem was he seemed like more of a civilian, someone a little too normal. Then again, that was his job for most of his life.
Naimo
OOC: I dunno the cm for 8 feet, and Golnax not accepted, Master Red pointed out he wasnt accepting anyway Uugrokk made no comment; Estanlya's charms would never work on Thyrakks. They were for the weak minded humans and elves, not for proud, brute warriors such as herself. It wasn't long before they were at the King's chamber, and Estanlya stopped in front of the doors. She looked around her, as if waiting to see if anyone would step up. When no one did, she knocked on the doors and waited.
Andx
"Is that an Espirituu? Quite a rare creature. That would explain the magic I felt earlier." Lucia thought as she followed the group to the audience chamber. It was interesting how everyone in the group just forced what they needed to happen; even the Espirituu had opened the door. And now an elf was here. Things were getting more and more interesting about fighting the dragons. Lucia looked behind and saw a man seeming to keep his distance but still following them. She decided to let him do as he wished. She didn't appreciate being disturbed so she chose not to disturb others. The group came up to the audience chamber, and what a group they were. Lucia waited patiently for the audience doors to open.
Master Red
Nani made sure to step away from the Thyrakk, afraid to stand too close to her as she could easily crush him. He walked up to stand next to the elf instead, feeling that was safer and would probably make the Thyrakk acknowladge his presence before stepping on him. He glandced up at the elven woman grunting a little to himself and then started to look around if he could see anything of interest. OOC: ooooh, elf girl got burned! xD
Infinitus
Kent noticed everyone came to a stop. He prefered to keep his distance from everyone, so he decided to. He walked in with everyone else, as if he didn't matter. He preferred to be the one watching, most of the time, and let things come his way, then forcing things into his own hands. He was often passive, but a battle with his blade was a different story. He focused on what was happening now, and continued walking in with everyone else. Naimo
The King looked confused as the mismatched group entered at different speeds. He hadn't expected the Thyrakks to answer, or the presence of an elf or Espirituu. Come to think of it, since when had an Espirituu been around Rystelle anyway? Nevertheless he sat up straight, his hand on his chin as the group stopped before him. A pause followed. Uugrokk had no idea what to say, and nor did Estanlya, who still remained at the forefront of the group.
Infinitus
Kent took a deep breath, and figured he should probably present himself to the king, as the rest of the group did. He stepped forward, the hood on his cloak behind him, and stood next to everyone else. He wasn't nervous, he just isn't used to being in plain sight. Most of his life he sliced necks from behind, without even being noticed by anyone. Now he was in plain sight, without a victim, and without a blade drawn. Kind of ironic, but he simply ignored that and focused on the task at hand.
