[align=center][spoiler=Plot]It has been Many years after Lan Hikari, and his NetNavi defeated Dr. Wily, and the Evil Cybeasts that Wily planned to dominate the World with. Well, as it turns out, the Cybeasts were not Wily's last attempt to take over the World. Before he was captured, as a backup plan he hoped he would not have use, he gave 7 Navi Operators, a "Infector" Navi, as Wily called them, which were Super Navis with the ability to spread the Virus I.N. (Infectous Network), a Virus that super powered the Navi, and put them under the Control of Wily's Super Navi, Devastator.

 

In order to stop the Spread of the I.N. Virus, a Group of Brave Operators, and Navis was formed, and named The G.O.T.G.N., or The Guardians. The Guardians use there Navis to delete the Navis Spreading the Virus, and, sadly, the Navis that were infected by the Virus. The Leader of the Guardians, Akemi Kaminaga, was captured by some of the Infectors Operators, and was brutally executed on World Wide Television. As a result of seeing how far the Infectors would go, they were officially named "Terrorists".

 

The Guardians can see that this is not just a simple case of Stupid Navi Operators, but that this is a War, a War over the Internet, where people die.

No Operator/Rogue.

Navi Name- Noir

Navi Sex- Male

Navi Personality- Dark, Snide, and sneering. Taunting and mocking, he loves to confuse others with riddles. He also likes to use COpy bots to appear in the real world, because he looks completely human while in his Trenchcoat.

Navi Bio- A Navi handcrafted by Dr. Wily to wreak Havoc and destruction. He escaped before given an operator, but he still reported to Dr. Wily. He felt he was above having some lowly human control him. He traveled overtly throughout the net, "befriending" navi's, and quietly infecting them. He still travels, doing the same. He now MAsquerades as a guardian.

Navi Weapon- Book shaped program and pen. When he writes in it, he can summon viruses or move inanimate objects around him. He can "Throw" flames and he can warp within eyesight.

Navi Appearance- Humanoid. He wears a black tenchcoat, and has blue eyes. Black hair. Underneath the trenchcoat, he has an outfit similar to Megaman's, but no helmet, and the gloves do not come off the skin. White Skin, Black Hair.

Harribel Rarely Speaks, and when she does, she's Fairly Serious. Compared to her Allies, who are usually Arrogant, Boastful, Impulsive, Battle-Hungry, Bloodthirsty, and Egotistical, Harribel is Composed, Receptive, Analytical, and prefers not to Engage in Combat; she is content on Silently Observing both Parties until the Fighting reaches its Conclusion, and actually Fights only when she is Challenged and Attacked by an Opponent or Commanded to fight by her Superiors (Though she is Reluctant to take orders from a Higher-Ranked Infectors).

-Operator Biography-

Not much is known about Harribel, other than that she is an Ex-Model, who Quit to do more "Exiting Things", -such as Work with Sharks- and was recruited by Wily, due to her Non-Aggressive Ways and Stealthy Maneuvers. She still wears her Signature Modeling Outfit (In Appearance Pic), as it is the only thing that she Owns that she Likes.

Operator Biography - Zeke's parents died ehn he was 6. His big sister took care of him. One day Zeke was looking in his parents trunk and he found a chest with "For Zeke". When he opened it he found a data chip and some battle cards. When he uploaded the data card in his PET a new navi apeared over his old regular one. This is how he met his Navi, Cyber.

*Navi Biography- A navi ahead of his time, Cyber was made by Zeke's father for Zeke on his 16'th birthday but Zeke found it sooner. She is the remaining Data of a warfare Navi revived.

Operator Biography- She grew up under a Fairly Rich Family, and she ended up being closer to the Maids, and the Butler, then to her own Parents. She grew with an older Brother, who somewhat took the place of the adult figure in her life. Around the time she was 16, News of the Infectors began to Spread, and her Brother joined the Newly formed Guardians. The on her 19th Birthday, she was given a letter that told that her Brother had died, a disease had killed him, and the one thing he left her was his Best Friend, besides her, his Net Navi "Oni". Since then she has used Oni to fight for the Guardians.

Since then Oni has been in the Possession of Mesa.
